本文首先对绩效管理的概念作了详细的介绍,对绩效管理理论作了分析评
述,在对国内外绩效管理的应用及现状做了充分调查研究分析的基础上,通过
研究理论,在对 A 纺织企业的绩效管理问题诊断的基础上,提出了以建立 KPI
指标为基础的绩效管理优化方案,进行了可行性分析,然后从技术层面重点阐
述了如何从公司层面、部门层面、个人层面构建 A 纺织企业新的绩效管理体系,
描述了 A 纺织企业绩效管理的过程
希望本文课题的研究,为 A 纺织企业形成组织与个人高度一致的行动目标,
构建符合形势要求的现代企业战略目标管理机制,实现企业与员工共同成长的
良好局面,加快推进国有企业绩效管理改进与改革起到积极的推动作用

Abstract
More and more companies realize that as a tool for business management and
the core of human resources management, performance management is an effective
way for enterprise to integrate human resources, improve performance and gain
competitive advantages. By combining KPI(key performance indicators), AHP
(Analytic Hierarchy Process), step by step analysis and MBO (management by
objectives) together and apply them to the performance management, companies can
not only lead the staff to work for the company goals, but can also make
an objective and impartial assessment to staff performance, find the short
board during the performance, take improvement measures to promote performance
of employee and the company. KPI is now fully-developed and widely-used in
foreign countries. This thesis first gives a detailed introduction to the
concept of performance management and analyzes its theories. On the basis of a full
investigation and study on the application and current situation of performance
management both at home and abroad, after finding the performance management
problem of A corporation, the author puts forward the optimization program based on
establishing KPI through studying on the theory and carries out the feasibility
analysis. The paper focuses on the technical aspects and explains how to build a new
performance management system from the company level, department level and
individual level. It describes the performance management process of A corporation.
I hope this study subject, the formation of organizations and individuals are
highly consistent action target for A textile enterprises, the situation of the
requirements of the modern enterprise strategy management mechanism, realize the
good situation of growth of both the enterprise and staff, accelerate state-owned
enterprise performance management improvement and reform play a positive role in
promoting.
