洗涤行业是一个劳动密集型的服务行业,人力资源成本约占总成本的40%。实行
绩效考核有助于促进行业员工的工作积极性,提高劳动效率,有效的压缩人力资源成
本,使企业在市场竞争中更具生存力

珠海 WX 洗涤公司是珠海市一家中型的洗涤企业,本文以 WX 洗涤公司为研究
对象,按照以下六个部分进行了研究:第一章集中论述了研究背景、意义、文献综
述,明确研究所采用的方法和技术思路。第二章主要介绍绩效考核相关概念和研究方
法并提出本论文所采用的绩效考核方法,以此作为本论文研究的理论基础和方法指
导。第三章对研究对象 WX 洗涤公司的主要情况作介绍,对 WX 洗涤公司的绩效考
核的现状进行讲述。第四章对 WX 洗涤公司现行的绩效考核的方法和绩效指标进行分
析诊断,提出其现实存在问题并作原因分析,以此作为后面优化设计的基础。第五章
对 WX 洗涤公司的绩效考核体系进行优化设计,是本文核心。第六章分析绩效考核体
系优化后的执行保障措施,这是对上一章节的细化与补充。第七章使对考核指标优化
后的考核试运行介绍和新旧考核方法的对比评价,结论部分是归纳全文研究结论和管
理启示,并指出需要进一步研究的方向

本文的主要基于 KPI 考核体系,同时结合多种绩效工具和方法对 WX 洗涤公司
绩效考核体系的优化和实施,解决同类型企业在绩效考核过程中遇到的诸多问题,力
争在实际应用中实用性更高,针对性更强

Abstract
Washing industry is a labor intensive service industry, human resources cost
accounting for about 40% of the total cost. The implementation of performance appraisal is
helpful to promote the enthusiasm of employees, improve labor efficiency, effectively
reduce the cost of human resources, so that enterprises in the market competition is more
viable.
Zhuhai WX washing company of Zhuhai city is a medium-sized washing enterprises,
this paper takes WX washing company as the research object, according to the following six
parts were studied: the first chapter discusses the background, significance, literature review,
research methods and technical ideas clearly adopted. The second chapter mainly introduces
the related concepts and methods of performance evaluation, and puts forward the method of
performance evaluation, which is the theoretical basis and method guidance. The third
chapter introduces the main situation of the research object WX washing company, and
describes the current situation of the performance appraisal of WX washing company. In the
fourth chapter, the author analyzes the current performance appraisal methods and
performance indicators of WX washing company, and puts forward the existing problems
and the reasons for the analysis. The fifth chapter is the core of this paper, which is to
optimize the performance evaluation index of WX washing company. The sixth chapter
analyzes the implementation of performance evaluation index optimization measures, which
is the last chapter of the refinement and supplement. In the seventh chapter, the paper
introduces the test run of the evaluation index and the comparison of the new and old
evaluation methods. The eighth chapter sums up the conclusions and management
implications, and points out the direction for further research.
The main KPI evaluation system based on the optimization and implementation of the
performance appraisal system of WX company&39;s performance of washing combined with a
variety of tools and methods to solve many problems of the same type enterprises
encountered in the performance appraisal process, and strive in the practical application
more practical, more targeted.
