而组织创新的滞后,对组织的整体效能的发挥具有很大影响。因此,如何在当
前复杂而日益变化的激烈竞争环境中,通过组织创新,使企业在未来发展中取
得竞争优势并得到持续发展已经成为企业管理者们以及各研究者们重要的议
题。
集装箱运输已经普及到世界各个地区,发展速度不断提高,范围不断扩大,
集装箱化比例不断增加,集装箱码头已成为连接国际物流网络的重要节点。然
而,与此同时,集装箱码头业的飞速发展和集装箱船舶大型化、高速化的发展
趋势也给港口和码头经营者带来了巨大压力,除了加强了各集装箱码头企业之
间的竞争之外,也使企业自身经营发展带来了挑战。因此,对作为企业谋求发
展和提升竞争力的组织创新的研究就显得尤为重要。
本文选择宁波大榭招商国际码头有限公司(CMICT)作为研究对象,通过
对大量文献的阅读和研究,结合组织创新等相关理论,从组织战略、结构和文
化三方面对 CMICT 组织创新进行研究。根据 CMICT 发展的现状,结合理论知
识,对其发展环境、核心竞争力、组织创新源、组织创新模式进行详细分析,
并提出 2014 年到 2018 年 CMICT 组织创新方案以及对应的实施步骤。通过对
CMICT 组织创新过程,提高 CMICT 组织整体功能,从而提高竞争力。

THE ORGANIZATION INNOVATION OF CMICT
Abstract
As economical globalization and marketization developed, the main characteristic of this age
is innovation. Many studies stated that only with the continuous innovation can maintain the
competitive advantage of enterprise. Faced with the dynamic and complicated environment,
organizational innovation have become the power of survival and development of enterprise. The
lagged organizational innovation will affect the overall efficiency and result of organizational
innovation of enterprises. Therefore, it makes great sense to study on organizational innovation to
keep enterprise’s sustainable competitiveness.
Along with the rapid development of container transportation in the worldwide, Improvement
of container transportation network, together with increasing of the containerized proportion,
container terminal have become the important point which connect international logistics network.
However, meanwhile, the rapid development of container industry and the trend of the lager-sized
vessel give the great pressure to port and terminal operators. Not only increase the competiveness
among terminal enterprises, but also it brings the pressure to enterprises themselves.Thus, it is very
import to do the research on organizational innovation which can make enterprise develop and
competitiveness improve.
I choose CMICT as the object of study. through reading and reviewing the quantity of the
related literature, combining the organizational innovation related theory to carry on the research
from three components of organizational innovation. As per CMICT current situation and the
related theory, to analyze the development of CMICT and other content such as core
competitiveness、the source of organization innovation、the mode of organizational innovation.
After that, put forward the plan and implement procedure of innovational innovation for CMICT
during the period from 2014 to 2018, including the plan of organization strategy、the plan of
organization structure、the plan of organization culture and each matched implement procedure.
The main aim is to develop the integrated function among organization of CMICT and improve the
competitive power of CMICT through the organizational innovation.
