通过管理创新和人才升级方式打造更为合理与科学的内部人才架构。随着金融衍
生品时代全面开启,中国期货市场进入发展快车道。创新将成为期货公司以及辖
区营业部发展壮大的催化剂和根本源动力。这也是本文研究的原因和目的所在。

China futures market is in the best policy environment and obtains the
unprecedented development opportunity depending on the launch of the stock index
futures as well as more and more futures varieties and innovative products and
businesses continuing to come out. The futures companies are also obtain the great
progress and rapid growth. The thesis summarized the current situation of the futures
industry, reviewed the futures market condition and prospected the future
development which combined with the current situation of the futures companies and
their business departments. At present, the problems because of the lack of creative
thinking do generally exist in the marketing and service of the futures business
departments, such as the investment imbalance for the marketing and maintenance;
serious homogeneity competition due to the simple service process; the marketing
model is lack of innovation and the personnel configuration is not reasonable
enough, etc. According to the above mentioned problems, I try to propose the
strategies for innovative models of marketing and service for the futures business
departments with using the empirical analysis and the descriptive research combining
with the open type extension of thought. In the proposal of the innovative marketing
model, I mainly excavated the breadth and depth of the market development and
proposed the marketing channel extension method and the product innovation and the
brand strategy. In the research of the creative client maintenance model, I focused on
the customer classification management, personalized maintenance and regulate the
original service process, set up self service brand to increase customer stickiness.
Enterprise transformation and upgrade can not success without the talents. Aim at the
current personnel training and introduction method of the futures business
departments, the thesis proposed to make more reasonable and scientific internal
talent framework though the management innovation and talent upgrading. China
futures market will into the development fast lane owing to the financial derivatives
era opens in an all-round way. Innovation will become the basic source power for the
futures companies and business departments’ development and growth. Therein it is
the reason and purpose of the thesis.
