本文结合了相关企业管理理论，结合新安煤业公司实际，分析了新安煤业公
司当前管理现状。针对存在的问题，对新安煤业公司引进内部市场化管理进行了
深刻研究，构建了新安煤业内部市场化管理体系，并运用到实际工作中去，通过
实践，取得了良好的成效及宝贵经验。不仅为新安煤业公司今后的企业管理水平

implementation of the enterprise internal market management, the introduction of
market mechanisms to the enterprise Group internal adjustment and changes in the
original internal bloated organizational structure, the various elements of the
enterprise to optimize the role of the market mechanism, restructuring and optimal
configuration.
