摘要

在市场经济的竞争环境下,企业都在向着现代化趋势迈进,为了能够在市场

竞争中取得优势,不断增强自身的竞争力,企业都在力求降低成本,提高效益。

因此,企业管理发挥着越来越重要的作用。现代企业管理不仅是人的管理,也是

对物的管理,设备便是其中重要的一部分。尤其是生产企业,实行科学有效的设

备维修和管理,提高设备利用率,对于企业降低成本,增加效益和提高竞争力具

有重要的意义。只有设备良好运行,企业的生产才能够正常运转,因此,生产企

业必须根据自身设备的运行现状,制定合理的设备维修管理策略。

在设备管理过程中,设备维修是关键环节。本文从设备管理的意义幵始,阐

述了国内外设备管理的相关理论,例如设备全寿命周期管理的理论,TPM、RCM

等设备管理模式。同时结合BS炭素厂目前的生产形势和综合竞争力,对BS炭素

厂压型车间设备管理存在的问题进行了详细的研究和分析。然后本文从管理理念、

组织结构等方面提出了车间设备管理的改进和优化方案。该方案以提高设备的综

合效率为目标,指出车间应该更新管理理念、建立管理流程,完善管理内容、改

进管理方法,建立维修流程标准化的设备管理方式,强调全部门参与和团队合作。

最后,本文提出了改进方案顺利实施的各项保障措施。

希望本文提出的相关设备维修管理的理论和思想,能够为同行业其他企业提

供有益的借鉴和参考。

ABSTRACT

Management of equipment maintenance, as an important part of modern enterprise

management, is the core of the enterprises to carry out the strategy of cost to obtain

competitive advantage, it is also the key to deicide the market competition ability and

strain capacity of the enterprise. Management mode and strategy of equipment

maintenance is determined according to the industry nature and equipment characters of

different enterprises. It has the important practical significance to reduce the enterprise's

own equipment maintenance cost, improve equipment management level and economic

benefits .also improve the ability of enterprises to adapt to the modern market economy

and the comprehensive competition ability,and promote sustainable development of the

enterprise.

Equipment maintenance is the key to the equipment management. This paper first

expounds the significance of equipment management, then describes the present

situation of equipment management at home and abroad and expounds the theory of

equipments' whole life cycle management. Follow on the top, the paper introduces the

TPM,RCM equipment management mode, and based on the relevant theory of

equipment comprehensive management, combined with BS carbon plant characteristics

in the new period and new situation, investigate the current situation of equipment

management of forming workshop and analyses and summarize detailed the questions

about management content, organization structure and management methods. At last,

the paper designs the optimization scheme of forming workshop's management os

equipment maintenance. The design schemes is to improve the comprehensive

efficiency of equipment,update the management idea, establish the management

process, perfect the management content and improve management methods, then put

forward the equipment management way of maintenance process standardization,

especially emphasizes the full participation and team cooperation. In the end, the paper

put forward the control measures of the optimization scheme's implementation on the

aspects of implementation steps, organization guarantee, system guarantee, quality

control etc.
