工素质,提高企业的整体工作质量和工作效率
本文将以鄂尔多斯电业局为例,在人力资源基本理论的基础上,通过运用
‘SWOT分析市场经济条件下电力企业的机遇与挑战,研究鄂尔多斯电业局人力资
源培训管理现状,特别是分析和研究鄂尔多斯电业局人员培训管理的现存问题,
设计鄂尔多斯电业局员工培训方案,最后通过对员工培训实施效果的测量,研
究鄂尔多斯电业局员工培训管理的有效性
本文完成的主要工作:1、分析现阶段人力资源培训与幵发在宏观层面上的
