加重视。在无线网络项目的实践过程中发现，3G 无线网络优化项目工作存在一定
障碍和难度，项目的沟通管理十分重要，决定了 3G 无线网优项目的优劣效果。因
此本文针对大量的 3G 无线网优项目工作，探讨利用项目管理中沟通管理的理论和
方法，分析了 3G 无线网优项目沟通管理工作的现状及影响因素，并总结提出项目
沟通管理的对策，以此确保项目高质、高效地顺利实施并达到预期目标，使整个
网络的优化项目管理达到先进水平。

本文的研究成果强调沟通管理对 3G 无线网优项目的重要性，网优项目的管理
者应该懂得并应用好沟通管理的理念，希望对该领域的项目沟通管理实践提供一
定参考。

Abstract
Wireless network optimization of mobile communication has become the core
content of communication industry, and communication enterprises pay more and more
attention. There are some obstacle and difficulty of 3G wireless network optimization
project work in the practical process of it. So communication management of the project
is very important, and determines the effect of 3G wireless network optimization project.
Therefore, according to a lot of the work of 3G wireless network optimization project
work in this article, it explores the use of theories and methods of management
communication in project management, analyzes the status and influencing factors of
communication management of 3G wireless network optimization project, and
summarizes the countermeasures of project communication management, in order to
ensure the project quality, efficiently implemented smoothly and achieve the expected
target, the optimization of the project management of the whole network to reach the
advanced level.
The results of this study emphasize the importance of communication management
for wireless network optimization of 3G project, managers of the network optimization
project must understand and apply the communication management idea well. Hope to
provide certain reference practice of communication management in the field of project.
