本文先从国内外无线城市的研究背景及意义入手,介绍了国内外
无线城市的研究现状,对无线城市的主要承载技术及运营模式的理论
进行介绍,重点对无线城市的用户规模、市场规模及PEST行业环境
进行分析,得出了无线城市己具备发展条件的结论。通过对无线城市
运营模式的总体框架设计,重点分析了无线城市运营模式的环境条
件;运营模式的目标;价值主张、细分市场、价值链结构以及企业在
机制网络中所处的位置;政策导向、技术因素、市场因素和价值创造
系统等结构要素配置;运营模式的实施与控制、评价与改进等理论分
析。最后结合广州无线城市运营模式的实际案例,运用无线城市运营
模式理论结合实际分析,基于PDCA分析方法总结出了广州无线城
市运营模式的成功以及不足之处,并将不足之处加以改进进入下一个
PDCA循环之中,对国内无线城市的运营具有现实的借鉴作用,有利
于无线城市今后的推广应用。

With the development of economic globalization, more and mor
e citys to seek distinctive positioning、new economic vitality and bus
iness opportunities.“Wireless city concept and its implementation brin
g new social and economic benefits, and thus more and more global c
itymanagers, investors, technology professionals and merchants in vari
ous sectors of concern. Wireless city was first put forward by the Un
ited States in Philadelphia in 2004,after that worldwhile wireless cit
y construction has become common practice,has experienced rapid d
evelopment, but so far,success stories about wireless city are rarel
y seen at home and abroad,the fundamental reason is that no raatur
e business model . After the 3G era, how to realize the high-qualit
y WLAN coverage is the difficulty of the wireless city,and the operati
on mode of wireless city will become the key to success.
This paper begins with the back groundand and significance of t
he wireless cities at domestic and abroad, this paper introduces the rese
arch status of wireless cities at domestic and abroad, introduction of wi
reless city's main bearing technology and mode of operation theory, fo
cusing on the user of the wireless city scale, market size and the PES
T industry environment analysis, come to the conclusion of the wireles
s city is ripe for expansion.
