随着社会信息化进程的快速发展,社会对印刷品质量的要求不断提高,印刷
企业市场竞争日趋激烈。兰州石化学院印刷厂基于IS09000族标准建立了质量管
理体系,通过强化质量管理不断提高产品质量,成了印刷企业中的佼佼者虽然
该厂为顾客提供了符合要求的印刷产品,但是在质量体系运行过程中,依然存在
众多问题,需要对体系进一步进行改进。
通过查阅该厂相关质量管理资料、对生产现场实地查看与调研以及与厂领导
和质量管理人员进行交流访谈等方式,获取了该厂关于质量管理体系运行情况的
基础资料,并从质量管理体系文件以及管理职责、资源管理、产品实现与测量、
分析和改进四过程要求入手,找出了质量管理体系运行中存在的七个方面的主要
问题,对造成质量管理问题的原因进行了深入分析,指出了五方面的主要原因,
为印刷厂质量管理体系改进提供了依据。
针对存在的问题及成因,充分利用IS09000族标准理论、PDCA循环理论、
全面质量管理理论等质量管理理论,对印刷厂质量管理体系的改进提出了六方面
具体措施,即:修订完善质量管理体系文件、加强人员的培训与教育、推行质量
管理体系精细化管理、健全持续改进机制以及创建全面质量管理文化,对该厂质
量管理工作提供了实际和理论指导,以进一步提高印刷厂质量管理体系运行的有
效性和效率,提升产品质量,增强企业竞争力,实现企业的可持续发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the society informatization process and the ever-growing
social requirement for the quality of prints, the market competition of printing enterprise is
becoming more and more intense. The Printing House of Lanzhou Petrochemical College,
establishing quality management system based on IS09000 standards, improving product quality
by strengthening quality management continuously, has become a leader in the printing enterprises
in the fierce market competition. Although the House provides the products for customers
conforming to the requirements of the printing, there still exists many problems in the process of
quality system operation. And the system is needed to be improved further.
By reviewing the relevant quality management document of the House, visiting and
investigating the production site and communicating with factoiy leadership and the quality
management personnel, the paper obtains operation data of the quality management system of the
House, and finds out the main problems in seven aspects in the operation of the quality
management system ranging from the requirements of documents of the quality management
system and management responsibility, resource management, product realization and
measurement, analysis and improvement process. It also analyzes the causes of the quality
management problems,points out the main causes of the five aspects, then provides a basis for
quality management system improvement of the House.
In connection of the existing problems and causes, by fully applying theoiy of quality
management, just as IS09000 standards theoiy, theory of PDCA cycle, total quality management
theoiy, the paper puts forward specific measures of six aspects on improvement of printing quality
management system,namely, revising quality management system documents, strengthening the
training and education to personnel, and implementing the fine management of the quality
management system, improving the mechanism of continuous improvement, and creating a total
quality management culture. As a result, it provides a practical and theoretical guidance to the
quality management, aiming to further improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality
management system operation of the House,improve product quality, enhance enterprise
competitiveness and realize the sustainable development of this House.
