能型2000KVA变压器试制的实践经验,本论文以此为课题,对该节能型2000KVA

变压器试制项目进行进度计划与控制的研究。

本文制定出该节能型2000KVA变压器试制项目适宜的进度计划,.包括进行详

细的项目工作分解、进行项目工作描述,编制项目进度计划,通过调整作业关系

的方法及调整人员数量的方法缩短工期进行项目进度计划的优化;进行项目进度

控制,包括制订项目执行状况报告和项目工作完成报告,项目进度控制的动态监

测,制订产品过程实现框图,找出过程控制要点,针对项目‘实施过程中的重要环

节或薄弱环节编制检查表。

本文通过项目进度计划与控制的理论与该节能型变压器的试制项目的有效结

合,探索出一条适用于A公司背景的新产品试制项目的项目管理方案,有效管理A

公司该节能型2000KVA变压器试制项目实施进度,确保项目目标最终顺利实现。

change the A company is A chance once in A blue moon, if can seize this opportunity to

finish 2000KVA energy-saving transformer trial project, and through special

performance test, obtains the national laboratory test report, obtain electrical products

manufacturing qualification, then can promote A company out of development

bottleneck, further broaden market. At present company A preliminary already has the

transformer professional manufacture all kinds of small and medium-sized oil-immersed

transformers personnel and equipment ability, but lack of energy-saving, company

manufacturing practice experience of transformer,this paper for this subject, the

2000KVA energy-saving transformer trial-production project schedule and control of

research.

company background of new product trial project management plan.
