摘 要
本文对项目管理及项目管理的基本概念及特点进行了定义,并对项目时间管理进
程六项任务,包含活动定义,活动排序,活动资源估计,活动历时估算,进度计划编
制和进度控制,本文结合泵站项目对这六部分进行了详细的阐述。

本文着重论述时间管理的方法,介绍关键路径法(CPM),采用正推和逆推法找出关
键路径,并用甘特图进行表示。

在项目执行过程中产生了进度偏差,通过时间管理理论进行分析偏差产生原因及
采取措施,从而保证项目按时完工, 为以后类似的项目实施积累宝贵的经验。

在项目进度控制中采用组织措施,合同措施,管理措施,技术措施等项目进行进
度控制,也在泵站项目实践中得到具体的实践。

实际泵站改造项目的项目时间管理关键是现场施工的进度控制,作为总包方,为
跨国项目且是改造项目提供方案,要比新建项目面临更多的突发状况,和不可控因素,
例如存在着很多的新旧设备接口的对接,及因为安装公司是当地承包公司,文化等习
惯差异的不确定因素,所以实施科学的项目时间管理是非常必要的,只有做好了项目
的时间管理才可以规避这些风险,能够保证合同工期的按时完成,有效的降低项目成
本,在最短的时间为客户提供所需要的产品和服务,并为新的类似项目积累经验。

Abstract
In the paper, the basic concepts and characteristics of project management and project
management are defined, and the project time management process includes six task,
activity definition, activity sequencing, activity resource estimating, activity duration
estimating, plan and schedule control, We making detailed description combined with the
pumping station project.
The text focuses on the methods of time management, for example the critical path
method (CPM), the forward and inverse method to identify the critical path, and expressed
by the Gantt chart.
Generating the progress deviation in the project implementation process, analyze the
causes and take measures the deviation of the time management theory, so as to ensure the
project completed on time, for the similar project accumulated valuable experience.
In project schedule control used in organizational measures, contract measures,
management measures, the progress control of project technical measures, has been the
practice in the pumping station project practice.
The key point for Uzbekistan pump station project management is the field
construction progress control on site, As entire project contract supplier , Providing pump
station rebuilt solution for foreign enterprise, its more difficult than the new built project ,
because it had to face many sudden status and uncontrollable factors ,for example ,existing
many interface with old device and cultural difference for employing local engineering
company, so it is very necessary to carry the sciencitific project time management, only
done well it, it can better avoiding the unknown risk ,ensure to fufill the contract on
time ,and also lower the cost ,providing the customer product and needed service , offering
good experience for similar project .
