摘要
随着我国天然气工业的跨越式发展以及公司上级单位提出了 “做大做强”总体目
标,将有力促进SH公司的转型发展,而公司转型发展的动力在人才。SH公司向国内外
市场拓展和持续发展对人才的培养提出了更高的要求,但目前公司的人才队伍无论在数
量还是在质量上都远远不能满足需要,适用的、高素质人才的欠缺,一定程度上制约了
公司的发展。
论文首先对研究的目的、意义、背景和方法作了介绍,然后对人才培养的相关理
论进行阐述,之后介绍了公司的基本情况,通过对公司的外部宏观环境和行业发展现状
的分析和研究,提出了 SH燃气设计公司转型发展的意义和方向;并在对SH公司人力资
源现状分析的基础上,剖析存在的问题和原因,提出了复合型人才的要求和目标;通过
加强人力资源管理,研究复合型人才培养机制、制定合理的职业发展规划、研究制定复
合型人才培养职业生涯导航计划、调整公司的绩效评估体系,建立健全公司具有激励性
的薪酬体系和激励机制、加强企业文化建设,营造复合性人才成长的环境等方面,开展
懂技术、善经营、会管理、有阅历的复合型人才培养的研究,使人力资源真正成为企业
的战略伙伴。

Study of Compound talents training base on the Transformation and

development of SH gas design company

Abstract

Along with our country's natural gas industry development by leaps and bounds and

superior unit of our company put forward the bigger and stronger goal, will effectively

promote the transformation and development of SH company, and the transformation of the

company development is talent. With the company to expand domestic and foreign markets

and corporate sustainable development demands put forward higher requirements, at present

our company personnel whether in quantity or in quality are far from satisfying the needs of

high-quality personnel, lack of suitable,to some extent, restricted the development of the

company.

Firstly, the research purpose, significance,background and methods are introduced, and

the related theory of personnel training are expounded, after introducing the basic situation of

SH company, analysis and research to the development of the present situation of SH gas

design company's macro environment and industry, puts forward the meaning and direction of

the development of transformation of SH company; and analyzes the present situation of

human resource in SH company, to analyze the problems and reasons, put forward the

compound talents requirements and objectives; through strengthening the human resource

management, research on compound talent training mechanism, the occupation development

plan, formulate a reasonable formulation of compound talents training occupation career

navigation plan, adjust the company's performance evaluation system, establish and perfect

the SH company with incentive pay system and incentive mechanism, strengthen the building

of enterprise culture of SH company, research to create environment for the growth of

compound talents to understand technology, good management, meeting management, have

experience of training compound talents, make human resource has become the strategic

partner of the enterprise.
