摘要
当前世界经济形势呈现出越来越多的一体化趋势,随着电子信息技术逐渐渗入企业
管理,国外企业纷纷把握时机,对企业自身实现彻底的电子信息技术化。这使得国外的
企业在产品研发的速度越来越快、提供给客户产品的交期越来越提前、产品品质越来越
高、管理成本越来越低,而其中对于釆购成本的控制更是起到了非常大的竞争优势。反
观大多数国内企业,还是沿用传统的采购管理方法。
本文通过YT公司的釆购现状的分析和诊断,发现传统的国内釆购在供应商评价选
择与采购流程中存在的问题,并借鉴目前国际主流的供应商评价选择方法和采购流程,
对YT公司这两方面进行重新设计和改造,试图使YT公司的采购端追上目前国际主流
形势,提高企业竞争力。
本文开展的这些研究意义在于,为国内类似YT公司的大量中型传统企业找到一个
控制采购成本、提高釆购效率的方法,以期能在国际竞争中落于不败之地。

Abstract

With the development of world economic and electronic information technology permeating

the companies, many foreign companies grasp the opportunity in droves and manage their

company with electronic information technology. This change helps foreign companies

develop new products faster and faster, delivery their products to the customers earlier, and

their management cost is lower. The most important is the control to procurement cost, which

helps them get more competitive advantage. However, majority domestic companies still use

traditional management model.

Based on the analysis and diagnosis the traditional management of YT company, I mainly

studied the problems in supplier selection and evaluation system and purchasing procedure. Learning

the international mainstream supplier selection and evaluation system and purchasing procedure, I

redesign and reform the two main problems for YT. It will help companies like YT catch up the

international mainstream trend and improve the competitiveness.

The paper tried to help the domestic companies like YT to find measures to control their

purchasing cost and improve purchasing efficiency.
