本论文在供应链管理和风险管理的理论基础上,结合 M 公司的超极
本项目,提出了合格供应商的选择指标体系,接着在供应商评价选择过
程中,引入熵值法对指标赋权,并利用逼近理想解排序法对合格供应商
进行优劣排序,从而选定供应商。在采购的订单分配管理中,论文提出
了应用层次分析法进行风险分析和供应商控制风险能力的评价,并据此
分配订单的模型。然后,结合高密度互连电路板采购管理的案例,验证
了管理方法和流程的可行性和有效性。最后,对研究结果进行了总结,
讨论了今后可能的发展方向。本论文为采购管理中进行供应商选择和订
单分配提供了有益的借鉴。

ORDER ALLOCATION BASED ON PROCUREMENT
RISK MANAGEMENT
ABSTRACT
With the deepening of globalization in the computer industry,
manufacturing commands lower values added to the products than R&D and
marketing. And the division of manufacturing has been more detailed than
before. Outsourcing is more prevalent in the computer manufacturing
industry. As a result, procurement management has become part of core
competence of the enterprise. In procurement management, vendor selection
and order allocation have important practical significance, which directly
affect the performance of procurement.
Based on theories of supply chain management and risk management, in
this thesis we try to establish an efficient index system for vendor selection in
the ultrabook project of M company. We assign weights among indices by
using the entropy method. And then adapt the TOPSIS method to rank
qualified suppliers, so that we could select high performance vendors and
release business awards. In this dissertation, we propose to use the AHP
method for order allocation based on supply risk analysis. And then, the case
of HDI PCB procurement demonstrates that these methods and processes are
effective. Finally, the thesis gives conclusions,and presents the prospect of
this topic in further studies. We hope this dissertation could provide
enterprises with a reference for vendor selection and order allocation.
