摘要:随着现代网络信息技术的飞速发展,业务流程再造理论得到了广泛
的发展与应用,这种全新的管理模式要求改变之前基于亚当斯密“分工”理
论基础上的工作方式,主张以完整连贯的整合流程取代被割裂的破碎性流程,
力图使组织的工作绩效得到根本性的改善
流程再造的同时必然要求组织结构的相应变革。以往旅行社的职能型组织
结构使部门林立,各自为政,忽视组织整体目标的实现,部门间摩擦发生的成
本大大降低了组织的运作效率。业务流程再造的发起要求原有的职能型组织结
构向流程型组织结构转变,新的组织结构强调的是整个业务流程的连续性,各
个部门不再只以部门职能为导向,而要以流程为导向开展工作,着眼于整个组
织的目标,这样的组织结构有助于形成内部成员凝聚力,促进组织更加高效运
作。本文基于XX旅行社现有业务流程状况,提出根据业务流程再造思想进行
改革,设计出新的流程提高组织运行效率,同时对组织机构进行再造,建立起
一种能够为新的流程服务的组织,促进新流程的实施

Abstract
With the rapid development of modern network information
technology,Business Process Reengineering has got a wide range of development
and application.This kind of new management model claims organization to change
the ways of working which bases on the theory of Adam Smith division of
labor.In the meanwhile,this new method advocates organization to try to make
integral and coherent process to replace the fragmented before in order to acquire
fundamental improvement in its job performance.
The Process Reengineering necessarily requires corresponding changes in
organizational structure.Functional organization structure of the travel agency in
the past makes the departments work in their own way,ignoring the realization of
the overall objectives of the organization,and the friction between departments
greatly reduce the cost of the operational efficiency of the organization.Business
Process Reengineering requires the original functional organization structure to be
changed into the Process oriented organization structure.The new organizational
structure emphasizes the continuity of the entire business process.The various
departments are no longer guided by their functions,they are oriented by process
instead.They focus on the entire objection.Such kind of organization structure is
helpful to form strong cohesion inside the organization so as to promote more
efficient operation.Based on the business process conditions of XX travel agency in
the present stage,this article comes out ideas to reform on the theory of Business
Process Reengineering,in addition designs new processes to improve the efficiency
of organizations and reorganizes the organization structure in order to set up a
system that serves the new processes, promoting implementation of the new
processes.
