本研究采用文献分析法、案例分析法以及定性与定量相结合的方法,在简要介绍高
校后勤精细化管理理念的意义和目前的研究现状的基础上,界定相关概念和理论基础,
具体分析高校后勤管理方面存在的问题及原因,进而进行高校后勤精细化管理理念的构
建,最后在前面研究的基础上结合常州大学和上海师范大学的案例提出高校后勤精细化
管理的实施策略。高校后勤精细化管理理念的构建和具体实施策略是本研究的重点所
在。
本研究的目的,一是将精细化管理理念引入高校后勤具体管理工作中,二是希望为
高校后勤管理工作者推行精细化管理理念提供可资借鉴具有可操作性的实施策略。

Abstract
Reform in socialization in university logistics has progressively stepped into an
accumulation period since its mechanism reform and scale expansion. Now it is time to think
about further development. In such circumstances, refined management should be introduced
to university logistics, the refined management concept of university logistics should be
proposed and specific strategies should be implemented.
Based on the brief introduction of the refined management of university logistics and
current researches, literature analysis, case analysis and the combination of qualitative and
quantitative methods were used to define relevant concepts and theoretical foundation in order
to analyze the problems of university logistics management and find the reasons. Furthermore,
the refined management concept of university logistics was constructed and strategies were
implemented on the basis of the cases of Changzhou University and Shanghai Normal
University. The focus of the research was the construction of the refined management concept
of university logistics and specific implementation strategies.
The purpose of this study was to introduce the refined management concept into
university logistics and provide operable implementation strategy of universal significance
during the process of practice.
