摘要
现代企业竞争的组织模式越来越表现为企业供应链之间的竞争,企业取得竞争优势
不仅取决于企业内部的资源利用效率,还取决于该企业与上下游企业和客户构成的供应
链体系的资源利用效率。然而对大多数企业而言,其供应链管理的水平仍处于粗放和低
效重复阶段,难以发挥出应有的效率和效益。因此供应链管理水平的高低和运行模式的
优化与否成为现代制造企业是否具有竞争力的标志。
本文研究的重点在于能否构建一条经济利益相连、业务关系紧密的高效行业供应
链,建立企业战略联盟,实现优势互补,共同增强市场竞争实力,从而形成一种有效地
供应链管理运行模式引导企业的后续发展。本文主要以供应链管理相关理论为基础,对
DX石油设备公司的供应链管理运行模式进行研究,分析其管理方法和策略并对现有的
拉动式供应链管理运行模式实施过程中存在的问题提出优化方案和实施保障策略。研究
目的是使DX石油设备公司形成一套行之有效地应用模式,指导企业在今后的运营中最
大限度的发挥供应链的资源整合作用,使企业供应链管理适应石油行业高效敏捷的运行
需求,实现快速反应市场需求、高柔性、低风险、成本-效益目标等优势。
DX石油设备公司供应链管理运行模式的现状是我国中小制造、服务企业所面临的
问题的缩影,本文的研究对DX石油设备公司及本行业其它中小型企业的供应链管理具
有一定的借鉴意义。

The organization mode of the modern enterprise competition is more and
more performance for the competition between the enterprises supply chain,
companies gain a competitive advantage depends not only on enterprise internal
resource utilization efficiency, but also depends on the resources use efficiency
of the supply chain system constituted by the upstream and downstream
enterprises and customer. But the supply chain management in most companies
is in the stage of extensive, incomplete, and did not play out the due efficiency
and effectiveness of supply chain management. Therefore the level of supply
chain management become a sign to embody whether a modern manufacturing
enterprise have competitiveness or not.
This paper focus on whether or not we can build an efficient industry
supply chain with closely connected economic interests and compact business
relations, and build enterprise strategic alliance to realize the complementary
advantages and enhance the market competition strength together, thus forming
a kind of effective supply chain management operation mode to guide the
subsequent development of the enterprise. Based on the related theory of the
supply chain management , this paper researches the DX oil equipment
company's supply chain management operation mode, analyzes the management

Abstract
method and strategy and proposes optimization scheme and
implementation of security policies to the problems existing in the
implementation process of the existing operation mode of the supply
chain management, to make DX company form an effective application mode
and guide the enterprises playing maximally the role of the supply chain
resources integration in the future operation, make the enterprise supply chain
management meet the efficient and agile operation needs of oil industry, and
realize the advantages of rapid response to market demand, high flexibility, low
risk, and the cost - benefit target etc..
The status quo of supply chain management operation mode of DX
company is a microcosm of the problems facing by our small and medium-sized
manufacturing and service enterprise, the studies of this paper has a certain
reference significance to the supply chain management for DX company and
other small and medium-sized enterprise in the industry.
