摘 要
我国的创业活动日趋频繁,创业活跃程度不断提高,企业竞争能力对创业企业
的生存及顺利发展有着重要影响。而越来越多的创业活动倾向于团队创业而非个体
创业,所以研究创业团队对企业竞争力的培养非常有实用意义。
本文在国内外创业团队的相关理论基础上结合案例分析,从创业团队认知结构
的角度出发研究其对企业竞争能力的影响。为找出企业竞争能力与创业团队认知结
构相互作用的内在规律,以及如何根据企业竞争战略调整创业团队认知结构或根据
创业团队认知结构选择企业竞争战略;特别是在市场或技术发生变化的情况下,企
业会如何发现自身的知识缺口,不断的补足新知识,形成应对突发情况带来的机会
和挑战的能力,论文构建了创业团队认知结构对企业竞争能力影响的研究框架,在
此基础上,对YG公司进行了案例分析,通过对7名创业团队成员多轮次的访谈和企
业内部资料的收集、汇总和分析,形成了进一步验证与细化的初步框架。然后进一
步细分了创业团队认知结构的形成和发展变化以及企业竞争状况的优劣势,形成了
最终的概念框架。通过YG公司个案中企业竞争能力的变化来看,创业团队在企业发
展过程中,在市场或技术的变化情况下,为了能不失去甚至能扩大市场,需要保持
或提高企业的竞争能力,这时创业团队的认知结构往往是有知识缺口的需要满足的。
在满足了知识缺口并进行知识整合后,创业团队的认知结构得到了优化,通过团队
认知的变化能达到影响企业竞争能力的目的。本文研究为创业团队的发展和企业竞
争能力的培养提出了相应的策略。

Abstract
Entrepreneurial activity in China now has been more and more frequent with the
entrepreneurial active degree improving continuously, and the enterprise competitiveness has
an important impact on the survival and development of entrepreneurial enterprises. As more
and more entrepreneurial activity tend to be done by team rather than individual, the study of
how entrepreneurial team influence the enterprise competitiveness is of great significance.
Based on the theories of entrepreneurial team at home and abroad and combined with
case studies, this paper studied the impact on the enterprises’ competitiveness from the point
of view of the entrepreneurial teams’ cognitive structure of the entrepreneurial team. For the
purpose of finding out the inherent interaction laws between the entrepreneurial team
cognitive structure and the enterprise competitiveness; and the enterprise how to adjust
entrepreneurial team cognitive structure according to the enterprise competitive strategy or
vice versa; especially in the unexpected situations, the enterprise how to find their
knowledge gaps and complement new knowledge, at the end, format the ability to respond
to the opportunities and challenges brought by unexpected things, this paper build the
research framework of how entrepreneurial team cognitive structures affect the
competitiveness of enterprises, and on this basis, analyzed the case of YG company, then
established the initial framework for further validation and refinement through the multiple
interviews on seven entrepreneurial team members and the collection, summary and analysis
of internal data. At last, the author further subdivided the formation and development of the
entrepreneurial teams’ cognitive structure, the advantages and disadvantages of the
enterprise competitive conditions, and conducted the final conceptual framework. Seeing
from the changes of the YG’s competitiveness, it can be found that in the process of the
enterprise development, entrepreneurial teams’ cognitive structure need to fill the
knowledge gap, and achieve the purpose of changing the enterprises competitiveness
through knowledge integration. This paper proposed the appropriate strategy for the
entrepreneurial teams’ development and the cultivation of enterprises competitiveness.
