1、本文首先阐述了国内外企业物流外包和风险管理的研究现状,表明了企业对物流
外包及其风险进行研究的研究目的和研究意义。
2、在理论研究的基础上,根据广电运通面临的实际问题,对广电运通在物流外包过
程中遇到的实际风险进行了分类和分析,广电运通公司目前面临的主要物流外包风险包
括:信息风险、外部环境风险、企业内部风险、财务风险、过程管理风险。
3、通过层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合,对广电运通物流外包风险等级、风险
预测发生可能性进行了识别评价,并对评价结果做出了分析。运用层次分析法和模糊综
合评价法评价物流外包风险也是本文的创新点所在。
4、最后,本文根据广电运通物流外包的现状,和以上风险识别分析与评价的结果,
借鉴广电运通公司的竞争对手德利多富公司的成功案例,对广电运通物流外包风险提出
了相应的风险防范对策,通过企业自身风险防范机制与联合风险防范机制的建立来防范
控制物流外包风险,并对此对策的收益做出了预期。

Abstract
In recent years, more and more enterprises begin to outsource their logistics opera
tions to the logistics contractor, logistics outsourcing benefits the enterprise a lot, but t
he enterprise should be cautious. there are a large number of risk factors in the proces
s of logistics outsourcing, if enterprises can not identify, analysis ,evaluate and take co
rresponding preventive measures, the logistics outsourcing will not realize the expected
revenue.
1, the paper describes the present research situation of domestic and foreign enterprises logistics
outsourcing and risk management, indicating the research purpose and significance on logistics
outsourcing and its risks.
2, on the basis of theoretical research, according to the actual problems of GRG faced,
we analyze the real risks in the process of logistics outsourcing GRG encountered.The
main risk of logistics outsourcing GRG company facing include: information risk, envir
onment risk, internal risk, financial risk, management risk.
3, through the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method co
mbining, identificate and evaluate risk level of the logistics outsourcing and probability
of risks predition. This also is the article's innovation.
4, finally, according to the current situation of logistics outsourcing, and the above risk
analysis and evaluation results, learn from the successful case of GRG company to riv
al Wincor Nixdorf International GmbH, put forward corresponding countermeasures agai
nst the risk of logistics outsourcing risk, preventing and controling the risk of logistics
outsourcing through its own risk management and joint prevention mechanism, and the
project execution result expected.
