以A集团公司上海区工厂物流服务商选择管理为例,分析了该公司企业现有物流服
务商的情况和管理中存在的问题,以上述分析为基础,通过数据和图表整合了物流服务
商选择的原则、流程以及服务商选择的决策方法。另外,本文在广泛地学习和探讨国内
外绩效考核理论的基础上,重点分析了物流服务商KPI指标的设计和应用,较详细地阐
述了 KPI设计的两大原则,即二八原则和SMART原则,并对KPI设计的一般过程结合A
集团的实际情况作出了说明,初步构建起了一个KPI设计的框架。

ABSTRACT
As per today's economic globalization, companies are competing in all areas related. The
competition in supply chain area is the one of the most key ones in 21st century. To improve
the forwarder selection and management becomes one necessary condition. This paper has
studied the rule and process of forwarder selection, logistics integration and KPI setting, and
the relevant economic theory of industrial integration.
Take the practice of A group companies in Shanghai as case study, the paper analyzes the
factory situation and the problems of forwarder selection and management. Base on the above
analysis, I integrated logistics supplier selection principle, process and the selection of
supplier's decision method through the data and charts. In addition, based on the widely at
home and abroad study and discussed based on the theory of performance appraisal, I analysis
the logistics enterprise KPI index design and application. I expound two principles of the KPI
design, namely two-eight principle and SMART principle. I interpret the general design
process of KPI design and have a preliminary system for the design of a KPI framework.
