摘要
作为近年来流行的营销模式,电话营销以其低成本高收益的显著
特点,在我国越来越受到青睐,并被广泛应用至电信、保险、银行等
领域,成为众多现代企业采取的最直接、最便利和更高效的营销方式。

但是必须认识到,电话营销是一把双刃剑,无规划的、不恰当的使用,
会使企业在投入巨额成本后获益微薄,甚至引起消费者强烈反感并引
发投诉。因此,需要制定符合企业发展战略的电话营销策略,指导电
话营销工作合理有序开展。

本文主要通过研究电话营销的发展历程、应用情况及创造的价
值,论证电话营销对现代电信企业的重要性,运用PEST和SWOT深入
分析、挖掘影响河南移动电话营销发展的各种内、外在因素,找出河
南移动电话营销发展的核心优势所在,结合中国移动的发展战略定
位,提出河南移动电话营销未来发展策略。

关键词:电话营销、呼叫中心、发展史、SWOT分析、PEST分析、
发展策略。

ABSTRACT
As a popular mode of marketing in recent years, telemarketing with
its low-cost high-yield significant features, more and more popular in
China, and is widely applied to areas such as telecommunications,
insurance, banking, many modern enterprises to adopt the most direct ,the
most convenient and more efficient marketing. However, we must
recognize that telemarketing is a double-edged sword, no planning,
inappropriate use, the enterprise will invest huge cost benefit meager, and
even caused a revulsion of consumers and lead to complaints. Therefore,
the need for a telemarketing strategies to meet the business development
strategy to guide the rational and orderly conduct of telemarketing work.
In this paper, through the course of development of the telemarketing
application and the value created by the importance of the argument
telemarketing modern telecommunications enterprises, the use of PEST
and SWOT-depth analysis of mining affect the development of Henan
Mobile phone marketing a variety of external factors,to find out where
the core strengths of Henan Mobile telemarketing development。。。
