应把握的三个关键策略,即市场细分策略,差异化竞争优势策略,营销创新策
略。

ABSTRACT: The high-end market of Civil Aviation, as a important subject of the
marketing study, is seen as the key to win the future market, to explore new growth
points and profit margins and to create competitive products with their own
characteristics by the Airlines Enterprises. This paper focuses on the high-end economy
class market in the high-end market segments, trying to combine the theory of market
segmentation, the theory of competitive advantage and the marketing innovation with
the business practice of the civil aviation sector to explore the main problems and
application strategies in China's high-end economy class products competition.
In this paper, the author used a research method, which is a combination of cases and
theories, including comparison of the data analysis, logic and inductive analysis, 7P
tools and so on to do the empirical research and difference analysis on these three
airlines' high-end market competing products, including Air China Limited (referred as
Air China ),China Southern Airlines Company Limited ( referred as the Southern),
Hainan Airlines Company Limited (referred as HNA) to the conclusion that the
key elements and marketing strategies in the high-end economy class products market
competition is the high-end market segments and different competitive advantages and
innovative marketing strategy.
