动。中国也将协同创新广泛的应用到民航发展当中。本文采用数据挖掘方法搜集
中国民航协同创新案例,并以案例为样本,运用社会网络分析法构建中国民航协
同创新复杂网络和共生网络模型。采用复杂网络分析法和共生网络分析法对中国
民航协同创新领域的复杂性特征和创新主体的共生性特征进行分析
美国作为民航强国,民航科技发展一直处于世界领先地位,并且一直将协同
创新活动作为推进民航各领域发展的重要战略举措。本文通过对美国航空航天局
(NASA)的协同创新活动的组织架构、人才保障、经费投入和政策保障进行研
究,运用复杂网络方法结合技术生态位理论对 NASA 协同创新网络进行分析,
并总结经验以供中国民航协同创新活动发展借鉴。在此基础上结合实际情况对中
国民航协同创新活动的现状和存在的问题进行对比研究
根据中国民航协同创新网络复杂性和共生性分析,发现人才培养是中国民
航协同创新活动最主要的创新要素,网络整体性相对分散,创新主体间主要以平
等型共生关系进行共生活动,协同创新环境不够完善,创新能量流通较为流畅
民航协同创新活动主要存在创新主体同质化、方向选择学科化、研究思路常规化
等问题。为解决这些问题,结合美国民航协同创新的先进经验,应建立中国民航
协同创新中心,并对建设民航协同创新中心提出初步建议,对改善民航协同创新
环境提出对策

Abstract
The civil aviation industry as the foundation of the national economy, is an
important factor in promoting the development of national economy. At present,
China has been among the civil power, still need to forward efforts to civil aviation
power. Innovation is the main impetus of economic and social development,
providing the impetus for economic and social development of the inexhaustible.
From big to strong change, innovation is essential. Collaborative innovation as a
model of a kind of innovation, to break the barriers of innovation, exchange, play
their advantages, and to carry out the innovation cooperation of large span, to form
organic innovation organization as a whole. In collaborative innovation, between
innovation subjects, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions,
government agencies and enterprises and institutions can achieve the circulation of
capital, manpower, technology and innovation resources, and ultimately achieve
greater benefits for innovation output.
Many countries in the world have realized the importance of collaborative
innovation and development, and actively carry out collaborative innovation activities.
Through the collection of Chinese aviation collaborative innovation cases, and
collected according to the construction case of Chinese civil aviation collaborative
innovation of complex networks and symbiosis network analysis using social network.

According to the General Administration of civil aviation of China cooperative

Collaborative Innovation Center, and to the civil aviation building collaborative
innovation center preliminary suggestions were presented, to improve aviation
collaborative innovation environment and puts forward some countermeasures.
