Abstract analysis of their job burnout was carried out; Third, compile the questionnaire on the causes of job burnout of road administration personnel, and use the correlation analysis method to verify the validity of the questionnaire; Fourth, the descriptive statistical analysis method is used to investigate and analyze the causes of job burnout of the companys road administration personnel, and it is concluded that social factors, organizational factors, work factors and personal factors directly affect the level of job burnout of road administration personnel; Fifth, put forward the improvement strategy of the companys road administration staffs job burnout, that is, improve the social image, improve the social recognition, and enhance the sense of social honor; Strengthen organizational security support, optimize performance incentives, and open up career promotion channels; Reduce the workload, improve the working environment and optimize the work content; Improve self-cognition, reasonably adjust work and family responsibilities, and strengthen career planning. Through the combination of qualitativeand quantitative analysis, the improvement strategy for the job burnout of road administrators is clearly put forward, which plays a positive role in reducing the level of job burnout of road administrators, improving the enthusiasm of road administrators, improving the level of road administration services, and promoting the better and faster development of the highway industry.
