营利性民办高校辅导员职业能力研究
—以HN交通职业学院为例

摘要:随着国家对民办教育的大力支持,营利性的民办高校发展迅猛,
成为高等教育的不可或缺的部分。党的十八大指出:要努力办好人民
满意的教育并加快职业化发展的步伐,这是营利性民办教育发展的机
遇,同时也是对民办教育提出的高要求。在营利性高校管理中,发挥
辅导员作用,既是学生成长成才的需要,也是学校降低办学成本的有
效举措。所以,使高校辅导员队伍向职业化、专业化方向转变,建设
强有力的辅导员队伍是提高办学质量的有效之举。
论文首先提出研究背景,分析理论意义和实践意义,确定本项目
的研究方法和研究思路。在已有的研究成果的基础上,针对 HN交通
职业学院辅导员实际工作情况,通过访谈法和问卷调查法编制了调查
问卷,然后制定了相关的评价机制,借助层次分析法得到权重,利用
加权综合评价法对辅导员职业能力进行评价,发现 HN交通职业学院
辅导员职业能力存在以下问题:辅导员的专业能力参差不齐;在科研
方面,总体上科研创新力缺失;培训方面:培训次数有限、层次低;
辅导员职业生涯不清晰。针对这些问题,本文提出以下对策:进一步
把好辅导员队伍的入口关;积极参加不同层次的校内外培训、提高专
业能力;加强辅导员自学和培训能力;提供畅通的晋升渠道;强化 HN
交通职业学院辅导员科研创新能力;建立更加科学完善的考核机制。
通过以上措施,能进一步提高辅导员队伍建设,确保学生管理工作有
序开展,为营利性民办高校创收实现盈利产生积极影响。

private colleges and universities——Take HN Transportation

Abstract: With the country's strong support for private education,for-profit
private colleges and universities have developed rapidly and become an
indispensable part of higher education. The 18th National Congress of the
Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to strive to
provide education that is satisfactory to the people and to speed up the
pace ofprofessionaldevelopment. Thisis anopportunity forthe
development offor-profit private education,and itis alsoa high
requirement for private education. In the management of for-profit colleges
and universities, to play the role of counselors is not only the need for
students to grow into talents, but also an effective measure for the school
to reduce the cost of running a school. Therefore, the college counselor
team should be transformed into a professional and professional direction,
and a strong counselor team will be built. It is an effective measure to
improve the quality of running schools.
The paper first puts forward the research background, analyzes the
theoretical significance and practical significance, and determines the
research methods and research ideas of this project. On the basis of the
existing research results, according to the actual work situation of the
counselors of HN Transportation Vocational College, a questionnaire was
compiled through the interview method and the questionnaire survey
