摘要
伴随我国经济稳定持久的运行,房地产业这一国民经济不可或缺的行业也在数年中
保持着繁荣态势。从近些年来看,国民经济逐渐放缓了发展速度,经济发展告别了粗放
型的态势,转变为质量型,现阶段,企管和品牌成为房地产业运行期间主要的依靠力量,
以恒大集团为例,不惜耗用重金聘请经济学家任泽平分析企业发展情况,可见出色的员
工以及卓越的管理队伍在很大程度上决定着企业发展。另一方面,因行业自身角逐升级、
中小企业缺乏精细管理,各房企下大力气争夺人才,致使房企员工出现了较高的流失率。
对于房企来说,吸引出色员工并确保团队稳定是其发展中不容小觑的事项之一。
本文以 S房地产公司为例,运用相关人力资源管理理论和研究方法分析该企业员工
流失问题。先是对其当前员工流失实际情况进行了分析,并基于对员工流失有关数据资
料的收集汇总,立足于企业因素与员工自身因素两个角度对员工流失关键原因进行了分
析,最后有针对性制定解决策略,即构建人资管理机制,打造凝聚力饱满的企业文化,
推行科学适当的职员保留计划等,为企业职工流失率的降低提供帮助,使其经营绩效得
到提升,护航企业发展的长期稳定。

Taking S Real estate Company as an example, this paper uses relevant human resource
management theories and research methods to analyze the problem of employee turnover.
