摘要
十九大以来,我国供应链发展的重心主要集中于培育新的增长点,对于国内的
通信运营商,内部供应链转型发展的突破口主要集中于优化仓储资源配置和提高
仓储物资利用效率两方面。M通信公司的物流运营模式目前存在的诸多问题,已经
疲于应对高负荷的业务需求。当务之急是要提升公司整体的物流运营管理水平,如
何降低库存总量,提升库存物资周转率,提高通信工程物资再利用率,避免不必要
的仓储资源浪费成为备受关注的研究课题。本文结合物流管理的相关专业理论,对
M通信公司的物流运营现状进行深入调研分析,发现在物流网络规划、管理流程和
库存策略方面存亟待优化。本文主要运用理论与实践相结合的研究方法,结合M通
信公司物流运营实际中显现出的问题提出针对性改进方案。重新优化物流网络布
局;设计形成标准化的物流作业流程;引入适合 M通信公司通信工程物资特性的
库存管控策略,提升需求预测准确性、平抑波动,减少物资积压与仓储资源浪费的
同时降低管理难度与风险,并在此基础上将各项管理流程嵌入物流管理信息系统,
以信息化的方式提升业务效率,有针对性的解决 M通信公司在物流运营管理方面
的问题,提升物流运营能力。

Abstract
Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the focus of my
country's supply chain development has been mainly focused on cultivating new growth
points. For domestic communication operators, the breakthroughs in the transformation
and development of internalsupply chains are mainlyfocused on optimizing the
allocationof warehousingresourcesand improvingtheutilization efficiencyof
warehousing materials. There are many problems in the logistics operation model of M
Communication Company, and it has been exhausted to cope with the high-load business
demand. Themost urgent taskis to improvethe overall logisticsoperation and
management level of the company. How to reduce the total inventory, improve the
turnoverrate ofinventorymaterials, improvethereuserate ofcommunication
engineering materials, and avoidunnecessary waste of warehousing resourceshas
become a research topic that has attracted much attention. Combined with the relevant
professionaltheoriesof logisticsmanagement,thispaperconductsan in-depth
investigation and analysis of the logistics operation status of M Communication Company,
and finds that there is an urgent need for optimization in logistics network planning,
management processes and inventory strategies. This paper mainly uses the research
method combining theory and practice, and proposes a targeted improvement plan based
on the problems that appear in the actual logistics operation of M Communication
Company. Re-optimize the layout of the logistics network; design and form a standardized
logistics operation process; introduce an inventory management and control strategy
suitable for thecharacteristics of MCommunication's communication engineering
materials, improve the accuracy of demand forecasting, stabilize fluctuations, reduce
material backlog and warehousing resource waste, and reduce management difficulties
and costs. On this basis, various management processes are embedded into the logistics
management information system to improve business efficiency in an information-based
way, to solve the problems of M Communications in logistics operation management in
a targeted manner, and to improve logistics operation capabilities.
