当前,关于服装企业员工和岗位双边匹配的研究相对不足,现有的研究中关于工
作数量以及种类的思考较少,匹配过程中也更多偏向于考虑企业一方的满意度或者测
评度最优,但工作的数量与种类和人岗双方综合评价度对于弄清企业方岗位的实际需
求、员工结构的科学配置具有积极的影响。本文选取X服装厂的生产车间为基本研究对
象,分析企业人岗匹配存在问题的现状,通过提炼岗位与员工双方的多项要求,建立
相应的模型,来达到优化生产车间人岗匹配的情况。本文的研究主要从以下两个方面
展开:
第一,从X服装厂生产车间的工作实践入手,通过全面剖析企业员工和岗位的匹配
状况,了解和收集公司员工与岗位之间的评价情况,从而形成了合理的员工对岗位的
满意度评价指标体系和岗位对员工的测评度评价指标体系。
第二,结合生产车间实际以及研究的可行性、操作性,综合考虑单一需求下多指
标的人岗双边匹配决策问题,同时,针对该问题的特殊性提出了具体的处理流程,构建X
服装厂生产车间员工与岗位满意度和测评度综合评价最高的多目标匹配优化决策模
型。通过层次分析法确定指标权重以及获取员工与岗位双方的评价信息数据,对优化
模型进行评价和实践。
文中提炼的X服装厂生产车间内员工和工作岗位的双边匹配与决策问题,在我国服
装生产行业中有着很大的代表性。本研究成果中提供的员工和岗位的评价体系、解决
问题的研究框架,对于促进服装类制造企业人岗匹配机制的健全提出了重要的借鉴思
考。同时,本文中的决策分析方法为推动服装业员工与岗位匹配问题的有效解决提供
了建议和方案,对进一步提升企业人力资源管理效率和工作绩效水平具有重要的理论
意义和实践价值。

ABSTRACT
Currently, studies on the bilateral matching of employees and positions in garment
enterprises are relatively insufficient. The existing studies are less about the number and type
of jobs, and the matching process is more inclined to consider the satisfaction of the
enterprise or the best evaluation degree. However, the number and type of work and the
comprehensive evaluation degree of both staff and posts have positive effects on the
understanding of the actual demand of posts and the scientific allocation of staff structure. In
this thesis, the production workshop of X Garment Factory is selected as the basic research
object to analyze the current situation of problems existing in man-post matching in
enterprises, and to optimize man-post matching in production workshops by refining a
number of requirements of both positions and employees and establishing corresponding
models. The research of this thesis is mainly carried out from the following two aspects:
First, starting from the work practice of X Garment factory's production workshop,
through a comprehensive analysis of the matching status of employees and positions in the
company, the evaluation status between employees and positions is understood and collected,
so as to form a reasonable evaluation index system of employees' satisfaction to positions
and the evaluation degree of positions to employees.
Second, combining with the actual production workshop and feasibility, operational
research, comprehensive consideration of the single demand indicators more people post
bilateral matching decision problem, at the same time, aiming at the particularity of the
problem put forward the specific process, build X clothing factory production workshop staff
and job satisfaction, and evaluation of comprehensive evaluation of the highest matching
multiple objective optimization decision model. Through analytic hierarchy process (AHP)
to determine the weight of indicators and to obtain the evaluation information data of both
employees and positions, the optimization model is evaluated and practiced.

workshop of X Garment Factory extracted in this thesis is very representative in China's
