工商银行B分行小微企业信贷业务发展策略优化研究
摘 要
小微企业融资难问题,一直是国内外政府高度重视和想要解决的问题。近年来新
冠疫情的反复更加直接影响了小微企业的生产经营。小微企业一方面在我国市场经济
中扮演了重要的角色,另一方面作为信贷业务需求者,与商业银行提供信贷业务供求
之间产生了矛盾。近年来,随着党中央国务院高度重视普惠金融发展,尤其是要求对
中小微企业作为贷款对象投放重点,在贷款增速以及贷款户数方面都作出了明确要
求。因此发展小微企业信贷业务不仅是为了响应国家号召和监督,服务实体经济发展,
更是商业银行的社会责任。商业银行也急需发展好小微企业信贷业务,才能进一步提
升自身利润率。
本文基于麦克米伦缺口、信息不对称等理论基础,且通过查阅相关文献,通过调
查问卷的方式和案例分析等方法,通过对小微企业和 B 分行客户经理进行调查,得
出 B 分行小微企业信贷业务发展主要存在客户结构不合理、贷款审批效率低、贷款
产品不丰富、小微企业贷款业务风险较大、小微企业对贷款政策了解不够、客户经理
队伍建设不足。最后总结工商银行 B 分行小微企业信贷业务发展的关键问题,随后
进一步提出要优化小微企业信贷结构、改进小微企业营销渠道、加强客户经理队伍建
设、落实信贷风险防控的小微企业信贷业务发展策略优化。

The difficulty of financing small and micro enterprises has always been a problem
that domestic and foreign governments attach great importance to and want to solve. In
recent years, the recurrence of the new crown epidemic has directly affected the production
and operation of small and micro enterprises. On the one hand, small and micro enterprises
play an important role in China's market economy, on the other hand, as a demand for
credit business, there is a contradiction between the supply and demand of credit business
provided by commercial banks. In recent years, as the Party Central Committee and the
State Council attach great importance to the development of inclusive finance, especially
the focus of small and medium-sized enterprises as loan objects, clear requirements have
been made in terms of loan growth rate and the number of households loaned. Therefore,
the development of small and micro enterprise credit business is not only to respond to the
call and supervision of the state, to serve the development of the real economy, but also to
the social responsibility of commercial banks. Commercial banks also urgently need to
develop the credit business of small and micro enterprises in order to further enhance their
profit margins.
Based on the theoretical basis of Macmillan gap and information asymmetry, and
through consulting relevantliterature, through questionnaires andcase analysis, etc.,
through the investigation of small and micro enterprises and the account manager of
Branch B, it isconcluded that the creditbusiness development of small andmicro
enterprises in Branch B ismainly due to unreasonable customer structure, low loan
approval efficiency, unrich loan products, large risks of small and micro enterprise loan
business, insufficient understanding of loan policies by small and micro enterprises, and
insufficient constructionof customer managerteams. Finally,the key issuesin the
development ofsmall and microenterprise creditbusiness of ICBCB Branch are
summarized, and then further proposed to optimize the credit structure of small and micro
enterprises, improve the marketing channels of small and micro enterprises, strengthen the
construction of customer manager team, and implement the optimization of credit business
development strategies for small and micro enterprise credit risk prevention and control.
