徽商银行A分行小微企业信贷业务优化研究
摘要
近年来,我国经济水平快速的提升,小微企业的发展是很大的推动力,就业机
会不断增多,区域生产总值也逐年翻番。自从改革开放以来,在我国经济结构中,
小微企业的作用越来越重要。最近几年里,政府部门对小微企业加大了关注力度,
全球经济低谷期,小微企业发展受到了一定影响。而且,国内经济结构也在转型升
级,商业银行利润率快速下降,当前急需要寻找新的业务增长点,从整体的角度看,在
我国业务结构中,小微企业信贷业务占比并不是很高,发展空间还是非常大的。
本文基于信息不对称理论、企业融资理论等理论基础,综合运用文献分析与问
卷调查研究方法对徽商银行 A分行的小微企业信贷业务发展进行了详细探讨。在了
解小微企业发展面临的社会环境的基础上,通过对徽商银行 A分行小微企业客户和
内部员工进行问卷调查,分析出徽商银行 A分行目前在开展小微企业信贷业务主要
存在问题有信贷产品不丰富、信贷业务流程复杂缓慢、小微信贷业务营销传播力较
弱、小微企业客户满意度不高等;造成这些问题的原因主要是 A分行内部组织结构
不完善、产品缺乏独特优势、系统后台支持不到位、员工考核指标较为单一、营销
手段不够丰富等。最后为了进一步解决 A分行小微企业信贷业务存在的问题,本文
从精准定位市场、优化信贷业务产品开发、提升市场营销水平以及强化客户管理水
平方面提出了徽商银行 A分行小微企业信贷业务优化策略。

徽商银行A分行小微企业信贷业务优化研究
ABSTRACT
Small and micro enterprises are an important force in China's economic and social
development. On the one hand, their development creates regional GDP and on the other
hand, they provide a large number of job opportunities. Since the reform and opening up,
the proportion of small and micro enterprises in China's economic structure has gradually
increased. Especially in recent years, the improvement of its economic status has made
the government begin to pay attention to the financing development of small and micro
enterprises. Under the background of global economic downturn, the development of
domestic small and micro enterprises has been affected to a certain extent. At the same
time, the continuous transformation and adjustment of domestic economic structure
makes the overall profit of domestic commercial banks decline at present, and
commercial banks are urgently seeking new business growth breakthrough points. Small
and micro enterprise credit business accounts for a small proportion in the overall
business structure of Chinese banks, which has a broad space for development.
Based on financing constraint theory, information asymmetry theory, enterprise
financing theory and other theoretical basis, this paper comprehensively uses literature
analysis and questionnaire research methods to discuss the development of small and
micro enterprise credit business of A Branch of Huishang Bank in detail. In the
understanding of small micro enterprise development faces, on the basis of the social
environment, based on the Anhui merchants bank A branch of the small micro enterprise
customers and internal staff, the questionnaire survey to analyze Anhui merchants bank A
branch current small micro enterprise credit business mainly exist in the credit business
process slow, lack of credit business market acumen, complex problems such as weak
credit business attraction. These problems are mainly caused by unreasonable business
management, weak market communication of credit business and low customer
satisfaction. Finally, in order to further solve the problems existing in the small and micro
business credit business of A Branch of Huishang Bank, this paper puts forward the
optimization strategy of small and micro business credit business of A branch of
Huishang Bank from the aspects of precise market positioning, optimization of credit
business product development, promotion of marketing level and strengthening of
customer management level.
