Abstract
With the 21st century, the rapid development of economic globalization, logistics and
distribution of goods and materials management mode has been in the domestic electric
power system to promote and popularize. Among them, warehousemanagement and
distribution management is an important business. In terms of storage management and
distribution management, it is an important problem to improve the market competitiveness
of enterprises to determine the reasonable category and quantity of electric power material
reserves and to choose the appropriate way of storage and distribution. In terms of storage
management information, most domestic power companies still use the previous software
version, resulting in the mismatch between system functions and business, low management
efficiency and other problems.
This article selects the electric power enterprise as the research object, A company
combining with the characteristics of industry and the company A power supplies to the
development of logistics distribution, logistics and distribution management category in the
ERP material management theory, and the theory of lean logistics management theory of
classical methodology, to explore the optimization scheme of power distribution, A company
analysis summary power supplies A company warehouse management pattern characteristic,
For warehouse management and distribution management of the existing problems are
analyzed, found some management problems is how to produce the result of the interaction,
in view of the power supplies A company logistics distribution warehousing link existing
problems, and puts forward the on-demand construction of reserve, to set up the measure of
rotation balance mechanism, clear the backlog of inventory optimization programs; For the
problems existing in the distribution link, the optimization distribution management scheme
is proposed, such as streamlining and controlling the approval process, adding real-time
interaction functions of storage, transportation and production information on the platform.
Aiming at the problem of insufficient power supplies information construction, set up power
supplies distribution system was put forward, in the supply end create chosen intelligent
warehouse, automatedwarehouse in the acquisitionand distribution terminaldesign
self-service acquisition methods and planning the optimal distribution route, set up on the
process control end power supplies logistics distribution system optimization, information
management system of power supplies, such as In order to achieve intelligent monitoring,
intelligent scheduling, intelligent distribution three intelligent functions. The optimization
