随着网络商务的蓬勃发展,电商企业之间的竞争日益加剧,物流配送成为电 商企业提升自身核心竞争力的重要战略手段,近年来,各大电商平台争先构建自 身的物流配送体系,不断加大对硬件设施的投入,但在这个过程中,对于物流配 送体系管理的不足日益凸显,成为企业亟待关注和解决的问题。沈阳S公司是一 家O2O商业模式下的电商平台,近年来非常重视物流体系的建设和配送管理能 力的提升,业绩斐然。但在配送模式的选择、配送中心的功能布局和配送作业管 理等方面仍然暴露出一些不足,影响企业的效率和可持续性发展。因此,通过理 论和实践研究,针对上述三个问题提出合理的解决对策,对S公司降低经营成本 和增强企业核心竞争力尤为重要,同时也是企业可持续发展的首要任务。 本文以沈阳S公司为研究对象,阐述了配送管理领域的重要理论和方法,结 合在企业中长期实践积累的相关经验和数据,从配送模式、配送中心布局和配送 作业三个方面,提出问题并分析其产生的原因,借鉴行业标杆企业的经验和实践 成果,给出相应的改进对策,即采用建立混合配送模式、统一规划区域布局、加 强相关部门沟通、切实保障信息通畅、完善配送相关组织结构、强化人员管理、 规范作业流程、加强作业管理、完善配送相关制度等有效措施,逐步完善S公司 物流配送体系,降低配送成本,提高配送质量,增强客户满意度。 关键词:电商物流;配送管理;配送模式;配送作业管理;配送中心布局 沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Withthevigorousdevelopmentofonlinecommerce,competitionbetween e-commercecompaniesisincreasing,andlogisticsdistributionhasbecomean importantstrategicmeansfore-commercecompaniestoimprovetheircore competitiveness.Inrecentyears,majore-commerceplatformshaverushedtobuild theirownlogisticsdistributionsystems.Constantlyincreaseinvestmentinhardware facilities,andthen,intheprocess,thelackofmanagementofthelogisticsdistribution systemhasbecomeincreasinglyprominent,whichhasbecomeanissuethat enterprisesneedtopayattentiontoandresolve.ShenyangSCompanyisan e-commerceplatformundertheO2Obusinessmodel.Inrecentyears,ithasattached greatimportancetotheconstructionofthelogisticssystemandtheimprovementof itsdistributionmanagementcapabilities.However,therearestillsomeshortcomings intheselectionofthedistributionmode,thefunctionallayoutofthedistribution center,andthemanagementofdistributionoperations,whichaffecttheefficiencyand sustainabledevelopmentoftheenterprise.Therefore,itisnecessarytopropose reasonablesolutionstotheabovethreeproblemsthroughtheoreticalandpractical research.ItisparticularlyimportantforSCompanytoreduceoperatingcostsand enhancethecorecompetitivenessofthecompany,anditisalsotheprimarytaskof sustainabledevelopmentofthecompany.
