摘要
当今时代，知识和科技牢牢掌握着未来发展的命脉,一场新兴的由科技创新驱动
的革命正在全球展开。知识经济、循环经济和低碳经济是21 世纪经济发展的新形态,
未来的发展新方向是以科学技术产业为导向的战略性新兴产业。企业为了维持自身
的可持续性发展，使得产业集聚化成为了现代企业发展必然的趋势。全球化经济促
使产业集聚成为区域化，聚聚区域内能够形成一个交错复杂的关系网络。企业通过
加入集聚区，能够获得集聚区内相应的知识、技术、产业园环境、相应的政府政策，
集聚区能够为企业提供更为适合企业发展的环境。企业发展离不开科技的发展，知
识共享有利于企业内部的知识的传播和有效利用，能够促进企业内部技术的提升，
增加企业竞争力，增强企业创新能力，提高企业创新绩效。
本文使用文献分析法，问卷调查法和统计分析方法，对产业集聚、知识共享与
企业创新绩效的关系进行深入系统的研究。
首先，查阅产业集聚、知识共享和企业创新绩效的文献，并对其研究梳理，找
出了本文的研究空间，构成了本文的研究基础；其次，建立了产业集聚、知识共享
与企业创新绩效的概念模型，并对产业集聚、知识共享与企业创新绩效的维度和内
涵做出界定；然后分别对产业集聚、知识共享与企业创新绩效三个变量进行题项测
量设计；再有将问卷发放并收集本文的分析数据，对产业集聚、知识共享与企业创
新绩效的数据分别进行信效度检验，然后做出相关性分析和线性回归分析，对产业
集聚、知识共享和创新绩效三者之间的关系，以及知识共享的中介作用进行检验和
验证；最后得出本研究结论。
研究结果表明，企业产业集聚与企业创新绩效具有正相关，企业能够通过集聚
行为促进自身的创新绩效水平，知识共享能够对企业创新绩效产生积极的影响，产
业集聚能够对知识共享有正向的显著影响，其中产业集聚能够通过影响知识共享，
间接对企业创新绩效产生积极的影响。本文进一步完善了产业集聚和企业创新绩效
之间的相互关系，探究了产业集聚区域中，企业能够促进知识、技术的交流，通过
知识共享的方式，激发企业的创新能力，促进提高企业的创新绩效水平。

ABSTRACT
In modern times, knowledge and technology firmly grasp the lifeline of future
development, and an emerging revolution driven by scientific and technological
innovation is unfolding globally. Knowledge-based economy, circular economy and
low-carbon economy are the new forms of economic development in the 21st century,
and the new direction of future development is the strategic emerging industries oriented
by science and technology industries. In order to maintain the sustainable development of
enterprises, industrial clustering has become the inevitable trend of modern enterprise
development. By joining the agglomeration, enterprises can obtain the corresponding
knowledge, technology, industrial park environment and government policies in the
agglomeration, and the agglomeration can provide a more suitable environment for the
development of enterprises. The development of enterprises is inseparable from the
development of science and technology, and knowledge sharing is conducive to the
dissemination, transfer and effective use of knowledge within enterprises, which can
promote the improvement of internal technology, increase the competitiveness of
enterprises, and promote enterprises to enhance their innovation ability and improve their
innovation performance.
This paper uses literature analysis, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to
conduct an in-depth and systematic study of the relationship between industrial
agglomeration, knowledge sharing and corporate innovation performance.
Firstly, the literature on industrial agglomeration, knowledge sharing and enterprise
innovation performance was reviewed and their studies were sorted out to identify the
research space of this paper, which constituted the research basis of this paper; secondly,
the conceptual model of industrial agglomeration, knowledge sharing and enterprise
innovation performance was established, and the dimensions and connotations of
industrial agglomeration, knowledge sharing and enterprise innovation performance were
defined; then the three variables of industrial agglomeration, knowledge sharing and
enterprise After the questionnaires were distributed and collected to obtain the analytical
data of this paper, the data of industrial agglomeration, knowledge sharing and enterprise
innovation performance were tested for reliability and validity, and then correlation
analysis and linear regression analysis were conducted to examine the relationship among
industrial agglomeration, knowledge sharing and innovation performance, and the
mediating role of knowledge sharing. Finally, the conclusions of this study were drawn.

The research results show that enterprise industrial agglomeration has a positive
correlation with enterprise innovation performance, and enterprises can promote their
own innovation performance level through agglomeration behavior, and the explicit
knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing of knowledge sharing can positively
influence enterprise innovation performance, and industrial agglomeration can have a
positive and significant influence on knowledge sharing, where industrial agglomeration
can indirectly influence enterprise innovation performance by affecting knowledge
sharing The paper further refines the relationship between industrial agglomeration and
knowledge sharing. This paper further improves the interrelationship between industrial
agglomeration and enterprise innovation performance, and explores that in industrial
agglomeration regions, enterprises can promote the exchange of knowledge and
technology, stimulate the innovation ability of enterprises through the way of knowledge
sharing, and promote the improvement of the level of enterprise innovation performance.
