As time goes by, my graduate career is coming to an end.My deepest gratitude goes
first and foremost to Professor Guo, my supervisor, for his constant encouragement
and guidance. He has guided me through all the stages of the writing of this thesis.
Without his consistent and illuminating instruction, this thesis could not have reached
its present form. When I encounter confused in my thesis writing, Professor Guo
gave me timely reply. I still remember that Professor Guo gave me opinions on
revision of my thesis at the midnight, which made me particularly touched. Professor
Guo's rigorous and conscientious academic attitude has set me a good example.
During the whole postgraduate study, I not only learned professional knowledge from
my supervisor, but also learned a lot of truth in dealing with things, which made me
benefit from my future life and work.
Secondly, I would like to express my gratitude to all other teachers who led me into
the world of financial management and whose lectures have given me inspirations.
Their insightful advice and informative lectures have enriched my knowledge about
financial management and therefore widened my academic view.
