摘要
绩效管理是组织科学设置绩效计划,持续跟踪管理绩效沟通和辅导过程,准确
评价绩效计划达成情况,从而确保经营目标达成的管理行为。它以组织战略、经
营管理目标和个人工作任务为核心,以组织和员工为管理对象,以提升组织和个
人绩效为目的。本文以BC保险内蒙古分公司为例,对绩效管理进行全面研究,通
过对BC保险内蒙古分公司绩效管理工作现状进行研究,提出优化方案和保障措施。
论文主要分为六章。第一章为绪论,详细论述本文的研究思路、研究背景、
研究意义及研究目的,阐述绩效管理在国内外的研究现状和成果。第二章是绩效
管理相关概念和理论,论述了绩效和绩效管理的概念,论述了绩效管理方法。第
三章论述了BC保险内蒙古分公司绩效管理现状,提出了存在问题并分析原因。第
四章针对BC保险内蒙古分公司绩效管理方面存在的问题,提出绩效管理优化设计
方案。第五章为有效实施绩效管理的保障措施。第六章进行论文结论总结,指出
研究成果和研究展望。

Abstract
Performance management refers to the management behavior of scientifically
setting performance plans, continuously tracking the management performance
communication and counseling process, and accurately evaluating the achievement of
performance plans, so as to ensure the achievement of business objectives. It takes
organizational strategy, management objectives and personal work tasks as the core,
organizations and employees as the management object, and the purpose of improving
organizational and personal performance. Taking BC Insurance Inner Mongolia Branch
as an example, this paper makes a comprehensive study of performance management,
studies the current situation of performance management of BC Insurance Inner
Mongolia Branch, and puts forward optimization schemes and safeguard measures.
This dissertation is mainly divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the
introduction, which discusses in detail the research ideas, research background, research
significance and research purpose of this paper, and expounds the research status and
achievements of performance management at home and abroad. The second chapter is
performance management related concepts and theories, discusses the concepts of
performance and performance management, and discusses the methods of performance
management. The third chapter discusses the current situation of performance
management of BC Insurance Inner Mongolia Branch, puts forward the existing
problems and analyzes the reasons. The fourth chapter puts forward the optimization
design scheme of performance management according to the problems existing in the
performance management of BC Insurance Inner Mongolia Branch. The fifth chapter is
the safeguard measures for the effective implementation of performance management.
The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions of the paper, and points out the research
results and research prospects.
