摘
要
化工行业在经过近两个世纪的发展后,飞速发展了 30余年的中国化工市场也逐渐
放缓脚步,行业竞争日渐同质化,激烈的市场竞争是对企业的巨大考验。随着企业运营
的日趋专业化,采购作为独立模块成为企业运营中的重要环节。采购管理作为供应链管
理中的重要一环,是企业提高整体竞争力的核心环节之一。采购管理核心 KPI不单纯是
降价,提升采购管理,可间接提升企业综合运营效率,从而提升整体竞争力。
H泵业公司作为一家中德合资企业,也面临着诸多采购管理上的问题,本研究对 H
泵业公司的采购日常管理工作中所出现的诸多问题进行整理汇总,并通过对 H泵业三个
实际案例的分析将 H泵业采购管理中所面临的问题大致归为三点,第一是 MRP运算工
具并没有得到合理的运用,第二是排程体系过度依赖人为主观判断缺少底层数据支持,
第三是信息链有缺失不健全导致内部信息流通低效不通畅。
在对现有的采购管理及供应链管理相关文献和理论进行学习之后,通过对 H泵业公
司采购管理中具体的案例对企业当前存在的 MRP系统工具运用不充分、生产排程混乱
以及库存管理问题进行深入的分析和研究,并归纳出该公司在采购管理上出现问题的主
要原因,同时结合当前的泵行业的市场现状以及公司目前的发展现状,提出了相应的改
善方案。
为了确保相关的方案可以切实起到效果,H泵业公司应该充分发挥 MRP运算的效
用,并将其可视化。其次,基于基础数据而得出的排程计划也应该制度化。最后,及时
发现内部信息流中的不足,查缺补漏保障信息链通畅也是非常必要的。

H泵业公司采购管理的案例研究
Case Study on Purchasing Management of H Pump Company
Abstract
After nearly two centuries developing, China's chemical market developed rapidly for
about 30 years, now slowed down. The competition is becoming more and more homogeneous,
that is a great test for enterprises. With the increasing specialization of enterprise operation,
procurement, has become an important link in enterprise operation. As an important part of
supply chain management, procurement management is one of the core links for enterprises to
improve their overall competitiveness. The core KPI of procurement management is not simply
price reduction. Improving procurement management can indirectly improve the
comprehensive operation efficiency of enterprises, so as to enhance the overall
competitiveness.
H pump as a Sino German joint venture company, also faces many problems in
procurement management. This study summarizes many problems in the daily procurement
management of H pump company, and roughly classifies the problems faced by H pump
procurement management center into three points through the analysis of three actual cases of
H pump industry, The first is that the MRP calculation tool has not been reasonably used. The
second is that the scheduling system relies too much on human subjective judgment and lacks
underlying data support. The third is that the information chain is missing and imperfect,
resulting in inefficient and unobstructed internal information flow.
After studying the existing literature and theories related to procurement management and
supply chain management, through the specific cases of procurement management of H pump
company, this paper makes an in-depth analysis and Research on the current problems of
inadequate use of MRP system tools, chaotic production scheduling and inventory management,
and summarizes the main reasons for the problems in procurement management of the
company, combined with the current market situation of the pump industry and the current
development situation of the company, the corresponding improvement scheme is put forward.
In order to ensure that the relevant schemes can work effectively, H pump company
should give full play to the utility of MRP operation and visualize it. Secondly, the scheduling
plan based on basic data should also be institutionalized. Finally, it is very necessary to find
the deficiencies in the internal information flow in time, check the deficiencies and fill the
gaps, and ensure the smoothness of the information chain.
