随着市场不确定性因素的持续增加,企业不断寻求转型升级的新思路,而复
合型人才是企业实现转型升级的关键,如何吸引和留住人才是企业当前面临的主
要问题,建立完善的绩效考核及激励制度可以将员工和企业紧密地结合起来,促
进企业的可持续发展。B装饰公司目前处于转型的关键时期,但现行的绩效考核方
案已无法满足公司的发展需求。
在归纳、提炼绩效考核相关理论的基础上,通过问卷调查和访谈分析了 B装
饰公司绩效考核现状,揭示了 B装饰公司存在考核主体单一、考核对象不全面、
考核指标不合理、激励作用不明显等问题,在分析上述问题产生原因的基础上,
从绩效考核的主客体选择、绩效考核指标及权重、绩效考核标准与流程、绩效考
核反馈与结果应用等方面对 B装饰公司绩效考核进行优化设计,最后从组织、制
度、文化等方面保障优化方案的顺利实施。

Abstract
With the increasing of market uncertainty, the enterprise constantly seeking new
idea of transformation and upgrading, and inter-disciplinary talent is the key to achieve
transformation and upgrading of enterprises, how to attract and retain talent is the
enterprise of the main problems in the current, establish a perfect performance appraisal
and incentive system employees and the enterprise can be closely together, to promote
the sustainable development of enterprises. B Decoration Company is currently in a
critical period of transformation, but the current performance appraisal scheme can no
longer meet the development needs of the company.
Abstraction of the induction, performance evaluation, on the basis of relevant
theories, through the questionnaire survey and the interview analysis of the current
situation of B decoration company performance appraisal, reveals the B decoration
company existing appraisal main body of a single, evaluation objects are not
comprehensive, unreasonable assessment index, the problem such as incentive effect is
not obvious, based on analyzing the causes of these problems, Optimize the
performance appraisal of B decoration Company from the aspects of the selection of
subject and object of performance appraisal, performance appraisal indicators and
weights, performance appraisal standards and processes, performance appraisal
feedback and result application, and finally ensure the smooth implementation of the
optimization scheme from the aspects of organization, system and culture.
