摘 要
摘要
建筑业一直是我国的支柱经济产业之一，对我国经济的辅助作用不容忽视。伴随市
场经济体制的逐渐完善，建筑业也在朝着良性的方向发展。
SH工程公司是隶属于某央企的建筑公司，公司成立时间较短，主要业务范围在长
三角地区。长三角地区经济发达，建筑行业发展已到达一个较为成熟的地步，所以 SH
工程公司在竞争激烈的长三角建筑市场并不占优势。另外， SH工程公司在经营管理上
也存在诸多问题，尤其是成本控制方面，而成本控制又是公司经营的重要环节。因此，
本文通过对SH工程公司的成本控制存在的问题进行剖析，旨在找出SH工程公司在成本
核算和监管等方面存在的主要问题，并有针对性地提出成本控制的完善策略和保障措
施，以帮助SH工程公司降低成本、增加效益，促进其可持续发展。
本文主要从内部控制体系、成本核算体系、公司经营决策这几个方面，分析并阐述
SH工程公司当前成本控制存在的问题和挑战，并提出解决措施。主要内容分为五部分。
第一部分是绪论，主要介绍了成本控制的研究背景、研究意义以及目前学者的研究成果
和不足。然后阐述了本文的研究内容、研究过程、研究最终达成的目标以及研究过程中
所使用的方法；第二部分阐述了本文研究所要使用的主要理论及方法；第三部分首先对
建筑行业的现状进行了简要概述，接着对 SH工程公司的经营状况、成本控制现状、成
本控制存在的主要问题等进行了分析；第四部分针对SH工程公司成本控制存在的问题，
主要从运用BIM技术和建立财务共享信息系统等方面提出优化策略；第五部分为针对
SH工程公司成本控制存在的问题及特点，提出建立完善的全过程成本控制体系和公司
发展决策体系等具体完善措施。
本文为SH工程公司提出的成本控制策略和措施可以改进SH工程公司的成本控制状
况，同时也可为相关公司成本控制提供参考和借鉴。

The construction industry has always been one of the pillar economic industries in Our
country and its auxiliary role to our economy cannot be ignored. With the gradual perfection
of the market economic system, the construction industry is also developing towards a benign
direction.
SH Engineering Company is a construction enterprise affiliated to a central enterprise.
The company has been established for a short time and its main business scope is in the
Yangtze River Delta region. As the economy of The Yangtze River Delta is developed and
the construction industry has reached a mature stage, SH Engineering Company is not
dominant in the highly competitive construction market of the Yangtze River Delta. In
addition, SH engineering company there are still many problems in the operation and
management, especially cost control, and cost control is an important link in enterprise
management, Therefore, this article through to SH engineering co., analyzes the problems
existing in the cost control, to find out SH engineering company in the main problems of cost
accounting and supervision, etc, and puts forward the improvement of the cost control
strategy and safeguard measures, in order to help SH engineering company reduce cost and
increase benefit, promote the sustainable development.
This article mainly analyzes and elaborates the current cost control problems and
challenges of SH Engineering Company from the aspects of internal control system, cost
accounting system, and company management decision, and proposes solutions. The main
content is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces
the research background, research significance and current research results and shortcomings
of cost control. Then it explains the research content, research process, the final goal of the
research and the methods used in the research process; The second part explains the main
theories and methods to be used in the research of this article; the third part first gives a brief
overview of the current situation of the construction industry, and then analyzes the main
problems of SH engineering company's operating status, cost control status, cost control
existence, etc; In the fourth part, aiming at the problems of SH engineering company's cost
control, it mainly proposes optimization strategies from the aspects of using BIM technology
and establishing a financial sharing information system; The fifth part aims at the problems
and characteristics of the cost control of SH Engineering Company, and proposes specific
measures to establish a complete cost control system throughout the process and a company
development decision-making system.
