摘要
随着世界经济融合更加深入,许多实力强劲的跨国公司为寻求更多的市场份额,
积极在其他国家开设公司并推行本土化战略。中国从改革开放到本世纪 20年代,为
更好的吸引外资在华投资设厂,颁布了一系列利于外商发展的新政策,例如鼓励外商
投资企业开发技术创新,加大对外商企业的土地、金融支持,加强对外商企业知识产
权的保护等,这些良好的内外部环境推动了大型外国企业来华得以更好发展。跨国公
司为快速抢占资源、争夺市场,积极调整在华发展战略,B医疗器械有限公司作为医
疗器械行业跨国来华企业的一员,也积极实施制定各项战略,帮助企业高质量发展。
B医疗器械有限公司进入中国市场较早,但是随着政策环境、市场环境的具体变
化,其在国内经营治理、市场拓展、渠道研发、产品定位等方面都出现了一些问题,
导致 B医疗器械有限公司近年来竞争力逐步下降。为重新提高其在国内市场竞争力,
扩大国内市场份额,对 B医疗器械有限公司进行全方位地分析,并构建合适的企业
发展战略帮助其发展。
本文在阅读大量的国内外文献的基础上,结合对 B医疗器械有限公司的调查和
分析,以 PEST理论、SWOT理论、国际企业发展战略理论等相关理论为基础,首先
对国内的医疗器械市场进行分析,并对公司的概况、经营方式、行业概况进行详细阐
述,然后从公司的内外部战略环境进行分析,再利用 SWOT分析发现公司的优势、
劣势、机遇、挑战。通过对 B医疗器械有限公司进行全面详细的分析以后,确立了
以本土化战略、联盟创新战略和产学研合作战略三个角度实施战略发展,并配以生产
体系、价格体系、研发与专利体系、营销品牌、人力资源、组织体系等角度的保障措
施,使 B医疗器械有限公司的发展战略有效实施,以此来提高 B医疗器械有限公司
的整体竞争力水平,同时也为其他跨国企业的发展战略提供参考。

With the deeper integration of the world economy, many powerful multinational
companies actively set up companies in other countries and implement localization
strategies in order to seek more market share. In order to better attract foreign investment
and set up factories in China, China's reform and opening up has promulgated a series of
new policies conducive to foreign development, such as encouraging foreign-invested
enterprises to develop technological innovation, increasing land and financial support for
foreign enterprises, and strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights of
foreign enterprises. These internal and external environments have promoted the better
development of large foreign enterprises in China. As a member of the multinational
medical equipment industry, B will actively adjust its strategies and compete for the
high-quality medical equipment market in China.
B Medical Device Co., Ltd. entered the Chinese market earlier, but with the specific
changes of policy environment and market environment, it has some problems in domestic
business governance, market expansion, channel research and development, product
positioning, etc. resulting in the gradual decline of the competitiveness of B Medical
Device Co., Ltd. in recent years. In order to improve its competitiveness in the domestic
market and expand its domestic market share, this paper makes an all-round analysis of B
Medical Device Co., Ltd., and constructs an appropriate enterprise development strategy to
help its development.
On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature, combined
with the investigation and analysis of B Medical Device Co., Ltd., and based on PEST
theory, SWOT theory, international enterprise development strategy theory and other
relevant theories, this paper first analyzes the domestic medical device market, and
expounds the general situation, business mode and industry situation of the company in
detail, and then analyzes the internal and external strategic environment of the company,
