摘要
在全球面临能源短缺和环境污染的背景下,太阳能由于其安全性、方便性和可靠
性成为各国新能源的探索趋向,光伏行业走上历史舞台,逐渐发展为全球新能源行业
中的中坚力量。随着科学技术的快速发展,光伏产品的量产技术逐渐成熟,生产成本
大幅度下降,为光伏行业的发展奠定了基础。我国光伏行业经过多年重组整合,已步
入集约型增长的健康发展阶段,成为全球光伏产业的重要组成部分。但是,近年来全
球光伏市场需求放缓,贸易保护主义盛行,光伏行业发展不均,行业竞争加剧,市场
对外部需求的过度依赖等原因导致中国光伏行业的发展受到严重冲击。因此,我国光
伏企业如何在激烈的竞争市场中获得长久发展需要进行战略性思考, JA太阳能有限公
司是我国光伏行业龙头企业之一,本文通过分析该企业发展概况,为其选择竞争战
略,提出相应战略措施,并为我国光伏行业上市公司竞争战略选择提供新思路。
本文以战略管理和生态位理论为指导,以 JA太阳能有限公司为研究对象,运用案
例研究等方法,通过 PEST模型、波特五力模型分析企业宏观环境和产业环境,明确企
业外部环境状况;通过剖析 JA太阳能人力资源、技术资源、研发能力及财务资源现
状,分析企业内部情况;明确 JA太阳能所处的战略环境。在此基础上,本文选取 10
家光伏上市企业作为研究样本,结合生态位因子理论和生态位“态”、“势”理论建
立倒树形综合生态位评价体系,运用突变级数法结合上市公司数据,计算出企业综合
生态位评价结果,根据综合生态位排名结果分析 JA太阳能有限公司综合实力及在企业
生态系统中的位置,并进一步分析企业实力差距原因,据此得出如下研究结论: JA太
阳能有限公司综合生态位排名居中,其中生态位“势”指标较为落后,导致生态位
“势”落后的原因为技术能力水平较低。综上, JA太阳能有限公司应选择生态位错位
与分离战略,由于光伏行业产品具有产品价格弹性高,差异化小的特点,建议 JA太阳
能有限公司采用成本集中化战略。并提出技术能力提升、深化全球化市场布局、利用
规模优势,优化资源配置、发挥垂直一体化优势,加强供应链合作促进降本增效的战
略措施,确保竞争战略的有效可行。

Abstract
In the context of global energy shortages and environmental pollution, solar energy has
become a trend of new energy exploration in various countries due to its safety, convenience,
and reliability. The photovoltaic industry has stepped onto the stage of history and gradually
developed into the backbone of the global new energy industry. With the rapid development
of science and technology, the mass production technology of photovoltaic products has
gradually matured, and the production cost has dropped significantly, laying the foundation
for the development of the photovoltaic industry. After years of reorganization and integration,
the Chinese photovoltaic industry has entered a healthy stage of intensive growth and become
an important part of the global photovoltaic industry. However, in recent years, the global
photovoltaic market demand downshifts, the prevalence of trade protectionism, uneven
development of the photovoltaic industry, intensified industry competition, the market’s over-
reliance on external demand, and other factors have been severely impacted the development
of China’s photovoltaic industry. Therefore, how Chinese photovoltaic companies can
achieve long-term development in the fiercely competitive market requires strategic thinking.
JA Solar Co., Ltd. is one of the leading companies in the photovoltaic industry in China. By
analyzing the development of the company, a corresponding competitive strategy is proposed
for this company which also provides new ideas for the selection of competitive strategies for
other listed companies in the Chinese photovoltaic industry.
JA Solar Energy Co., Ltd. has been taken as the research object. Guided by strategic
management and ecological niche theory, this thesis uses case studies and other methods to
analyze the macroscopic environment and industrial environment of the company through the
PEST model and Porter's five forces model. By analyzing the status quo of JA Solar's human
resources, technical resources, R&D capabilities, and financial resources, the internal
situation of the company and the strategic environment in which JA Solar is located are
concluded. On this basis, with 10 listed photovoltaic enterprises as research samples,
combined with the theory of niche factors and the theory of niche "state" and "potential", this
thesis establishes the inverted tree comprehensive niche evaluation system, uses the
catastrophe progression method combined with the data of listed companies to calculate the
comprehensive niche evaluation results of enterprises. Then the company’s position in the
corporate ecosystem is analyzed based on the comprehensive niche ranking results, and the
reasons for the gap in corporate strength are further analyzed. The following research
