Abstract
The international situation is surging and the world economy is in flux. The United
States has imposed economic sanctions on China, and China has imposed reciprocal
sanctions. Combined with the COVID-19 pandemic, profound changes unseen in a
century have made life difficult for most companies around the world. The division of
labor in the global software market is very clear. The core areas of the software industry
are controlled by the United States, while Britain, France, Germany and Japan have
advantages in some areas. Developing countries such as China and India are important
markets for global software outsourcing. China's software industry has maintained
steady growth despite the dual pressures of the economic downturn and the epidemic,
showing a good prospect for the software industry.
GD Software Company is a 26-year old software enterprise in the leading position
in the same industry in the province. It has gone through a period of high growth and
entered a state of steady development. In this context, how to face such changes,
whether to adapt to the market, adapt to the industry is particularly urgent.This paper
takes GD Software Company as the research object, firstly discusses related concepts
and theories to provide theoretical guidance for the content of the paper. Secondly, the
present situation and existing problems of GD Software Company's development
strategy are introduced. By using PEST model and SWOT analysis, four strategic
adjustments are implemented according to the current development situation of the
company, and safeguard measures are provided in three aspects. Through the targeted
analysis and research of GD Software Company, the transformation and exploration of
enterprise development strategy can be realized, and reference and help can be provided
for other software enterprises in the province.
