要
大数据时代涌现出多种先进技术手段，云计算作为其中的一种信息技术，不管是
技术方法还是经营模式都给各个领域带来创新。虚拟技术将分散技术集中共享，提升
资源利用效率，并行计算、分布式存储等提高计算速率，满足大数据时代需求，按需
索取、租用设施等降低企业信息化门槛。当前，工程造价行业信息化进程中存在共享
率低、信息价值挖掘不充分等问题，云计算可为此部分问题提供解决方案，因而在工
程造价领域引入云计算是时代与行业发展的必要要求。
本研究旨在探究云计算技术在工程造价管理中的应用，并以实例说明云计算技术
在工程计量与计价应用方面的优势。首先对国内外学者关于云计算在造价管理领域的
运用进行梳理，提炼出学者们代表性观点，指出造价管理领域引入云计算技术的迫切
性，对国内外云计算技术应用情况进行分析；其次从工程造价管理、工程造价信息、
云计算的概念进行界定，并从特点、部署方式、服务模式等方面对云计算技术进行全
面介绍，为研究奠定理论基础；再次，从工程计量与计价两个维度出发，选择工程量、
消耗量系数、单价作为研究对象，分析工程构造要素与云计算技术的融合，并从造价
管理需求、云平台整体架构、功能设计、平台部署、数据库设计等方面提出基于云计
算的造价管理云平台构建路径；最后，通过制药洁净系统具体案例说明云计算平台在
项目造价管理中的具体应用。
本研究聚焦于云计算的工程造价管理系统，结合制药建筑领域实际案例，探究云
计算系统在造价管理中的具体运用。研究引入了制药洁净系统的造价管理，在研究内
容方面具有一定创新性。同时，研究成果能够为制药建筑领域的工程造价管理信息化
提供有益参考，也有助于推进云计算技术在工程造价管理领域的应用。
