I 摘要 当前,南昌市处在产业升级、经济转型的关键时期。物流产业逐渐成为南昌未来经 济发展的支柱产业。物流企业是物流市场服务的主体,企业的发展受到南昌本地实际情 况的制约。物流企业应该综合各种因素,制定适合的发展战略,促进自身快速长远发展, 从而推动南昌市物流业健康发展。 本文首先就南昌物流业的发展现状作了简要介绍,并采用SWOT分析法对南昌市 物流企业所处的发展环境进行了深入分析,发现南昌物流业在政策基础、区位以及物流 需求等方面存在一定的发展优势;同时也存在物流企业规模小,行业竞争力不强,物流 资源分散,物流基础设施还不完善,城市配送体系不健全等发展劣势;既有区域经济一 体化、国家电子商务示范城市以及全国物流标准化试点城市建设带来的发展机遇,又有 周边城市物流业快速发展、市场竞争日益加剧和物流服务更高要求带来的发展挑战。在 通过宏观环境分析基础上,本文提出了南昌市物流企业可采用的三种发展战略:差异化 发展策略、战略联盟策略以及企业集群策略。本文还以江西三志物流有限公司为例,对 企业自身内外部竞争环境和竞争条件下的态势进行了深入分析,并结合南昌市物流产业 发展SWOT分析情况,针对三志物流的发展规划,提出了联盟战略。 本文以南昌市物流业的发展现状和江西三志物流有限公司为出发点,借鉴了国内外 物流企业发展战略理论,采取查阅资料、实地调研、数据分析等多种形式,深入研究南 昌物流企业发展中所存在的问题,并借鉴国内外现代物流成熟的管理模式和经验,提出 了南昌物流企业根据自身的实际情况制定的具体发展战略方案,从而促进南昌物流企业 乃至南昌物流产业健康快速发展。 关键词:物流产业;发展战略;差异化战略;产业集群;SWOT Abstract II Abstract Atpresent,NanchangCityisinthekeyperiodofindustrialupgradingandeconomic transformation.LogisticsindustryhasgraduallybecomethepillarindustryofNanchang's futureeconomicdevelopment.Logisticsenterprisesarethemainbodyoflogisticsmarket service,andthedevelopmentofenterprisesisrestrictedbythelocalsituationinNanchang. Firstly,thispaperintroducesthecurrentsituationofNanchanglogisticsindustry,and analyzesthedevelopmentenvironmentofNanchanglogisticsenterprisesbySWOTanalysis method.ItisfoundthatNanchanglogisticsindustryhassomeadvantagesinpolicybasis, locationandlogisticsdemand.Bothregionaleconomicintegration,nationale-commerce demonstrationcitiesandnationallogisticsstandardizationpilotcityconstructionopportunities, butalsotherapiddevelopmentoflogisticsindustryinsurroundingcitiesThedevelopment challengesbroughtaboutbyincreasingmarketcompetitionandhigherdemandforlogistics services.Onthebasisofmacro-environmentanalysis,thispaperputsforwardthree developmentstrategiesthatNanchanglogisticsenterprisescanadopt:differentiated developmentstrategy,strategicalliancestrategyandenterpriseclusterstrategy.Bytaking JiangxiSanzhiLogisticsCo.,Ltdasanexample,thispaperanalyzesthesituationofthe enterprise'sowninternalandexternalcompetitionenvironmentandcompetitionconditionsin depth,andcombineswiththeanalysisofthedevelopmentSWOTofNanchanglogistics industry,putsforwardthealliancestrategyforthedevelopmentplanofSanzhiLogistics.
