IV 江西聚才人力资源集团发展战略研究 摘要 随着世界经济发展水平不断提升,全球范围内不同国家的企业均对人力资源管理投 以较高关注度。在长达四十余年发展历程中,我国人力资源行业已经形成一定规模,而 且不同类型人力资源服务机构均有了良好市场发展空间,在提供广泛产品以及服务的基 础上,人员招聘也从最初单一渠道拓展为网络渠道的应用,同时提供人才测评、人力资 源管理等服务。对于人力资源服务企业而言,江西人力资源服务企业整体发展水平无法 与国内经济发达区域进行比较,差距主要体现在利润收益空间、经营规模、综合实力等 多个方面。 20 世纪末,江西聚才人力资源集团正式成立,这是江西省提供人力资源外包服务比 较早的企业。集团成立 20 余年来,累计服务客户 3000 多家,集团旗下现拥有 19 余家 分支机构,目前呈现跨越式增长。业务范围覆盖国内多个省市,如北京、上海、湖南、 江西等,企业内部拥有大量高素质专业人才,外派员工规模相对更大,年培训人才数量 也在 2 万人以上。随着国际化程度的加深及市场竞争的白热化,江西聚才集团面临着来 自各类人力资源服务机构的挑战。如何开拓新业务、提高市场占有率、提高公司业务利 润率、如何稳定员工引进人才、留住人才减少流失率等问题已经迫在眉睫。 本文以人力资源服务行业发展背景为核心,选取江西聚才人力资源集团作为主要研 究对象,参照企业所处内外部环境,总结其在相关业务开展阶段内存在的实际问题,通 过增长型战略模式建设,为聚才集团后续发展创造良好基础条件。 本文希望通过研究江西聚才人力资源集团的发展战略,帮助企业解决经营过程中的 难点,提升客户对企业的忠诚度,增加客户粘性,保持现有企业自身的核心优势,构筑 公司核心竞争力,使公司可持续发展。同时也希望,该研究能对同行业公司经营发展提 供一定参考借鉴,对完善中国人力资源服务战略体系的构建起到一定的促进作用。 关键词:江西聚才,人力资源,发展战略Abstract V Research on Development Strategy of Jiangxi Jucai Manpower Group ABSTRACT Nowadays, with the rapid development of the world economy and the acceleration of globalization, more and more enterprises in various countries attach great importance to human resources as the first resource, and the human resources service industry, as a new industry in China, has also been well developed. After nearly 40 years of development, China's human resources service industry has begun to take shape. Various kinds of human resources service organizations have sprung up, covering a wide range of service products. They have expanded from the original single traditional recruitment business to new high-end products such as network recruitment, personnel agency, talent evaluation, human resources management consulting, and formed a set of high-end products. Complete human resources service value system. As far as human resource service enterprises are concerned, there are still large gaps between domestic enterprises and those in developed countries and developed regions, such as low profitability, small scale, weak strength and single product. Akind of Jiangxi Jucai Human Resources Group was established in 1999, and is a leading supplier of human resources outsourcing services in China. Over the past 10 years since its establishment, the Group has served more than 3,000 customers, and now has more than 19 branches under the Group's flag. At present, there is a leap-forward growth. Business scope covers Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hubei, Hunan, Hainan, Jiangxi and other provinces and cities, with more than 700 highly qualified professionals, tens of thousands of expatriate employees, annual training and supply of more than 20,000 talents. With the deepening of internationalization and fierce competition in the market, Jiangxi Jucai Company is facing challenges from various human resources service organizations. How to win in the competitionHow to improve the profitability of the companyHow to expand the scale of operationHow to attract more customers has become a series of problems to be solved. Chinese style Based on the background of the development of the human resources service industry and the current situation of the company, this paper first analyses the current situation of the domestic human resources service industry, and then puts forward the research object-Jiangxi Jucai Human Resources Group and the urgent problems to be solved by the company. It also makes a detailed analysis of the macro-environment, the industry environment, the main competitive enterprises and their own development status, and draws a conclusion that the company is in a good position. This paper hopes to study the development strategy of Jiangxi Jucai Manpower Group, help enterprises solve the difficulties in the process of operation, enhance customer loyalty to enterprises, and maintain the core advantages of enterprises themselves.
