我国改革开放以来，国家社会经济发展的脚步越来越快，国民经济水平也 得到了很大的提升。然而科技型中小企业作为我国社会经济发展的重要推动力 量之一，科技型中小企业的发展也是与日俱增。近几年来，科技型中小企业的 发展在我国的社会市场上呈现出了良好的发展趋势，但是在面对社会复杂的经 济发展形势，依旧表现出科技型创新能力不足，缺乏创新核心竞争力、以及融 资贷款受到限制等诸多问题。所以，科技型中小企业如何能够在激烈的市场环 境下脱颖而出，得到可持续性的发展都是急需待解决的问题。科技型中小企业 可以通过提升企业动态能力来加强企业对市场环境的适应能力，来应对外界经 济形势的挑战。因此，动态能力的提升也是加快我国科技型中小企业转型升级 的有效道路，以及能够帮助我国科技型中小企业实现高质量发展的必然要求。 本文主要研究的是科技型中小企业动态能力提升，分为六大部分：第一部 分是绪论，主要是针对本文课题进行研究背景和文献综述分析；第二部分主要 是基本概念及理论基础。对科技型中小企业概念进行界定，并对企业动态能力 理论、企业核心竞争力理论、企业战略管理理论进行基础的理论分析；第三部 分是对科技型中小企业动态能力提升的理论进行分析，主要对科技型中小企业 发展现状、科技型中小企业动态能力提升的必要性、科技型中小企业提升动态 能力面临的挑战等方面进行分析。第四部分由本文选取的江西科骏实业有限公 司进行实证分析，主要是结合swot分析法分析江西科骏实业有限公司，并提出 有关动态能力提升的策略；第五部分主要对科技型中小企业动态能力提升提出 路径分析，主要从提升技术创新能力、构建战略联盟机制、优化资源配置等方 面提升科技型中小企业动态能力；最后一部分主要是对本论文研究课题进行总 结。 关键词：科技型中小企业，动态能力，核心竞争力 Abstract SinceChina'sreformandopeningup,thepaceofsocialandeconomic developmentisfasterandfaster,andthedevelopmentofnationaleconomyhasalso beengreatlydeveloped.However,asoneoftheimportantdrivingforcesofChina's socialandeconomicdevelopment,thedevelopmentofscienceand technology-basedsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesisgrowingwitheachpassing day.Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology-basedsmalland medium-sizedenterpriseshasshownagooddevelopmenttrendinChina'ssocial market,butinthefaceofcomplexsocialeconomicdevelopmentsituation,thereare stillmanyproblems,suchasthelackofscientificandtechnologicalinnovation ability,thelackofinnovationcorecompetitiveness,andthelimitationoffinancing loans.Therefore,howtostandoutinthefiercemarketenvironmentandget sustainabledevelopmentisanurgentproblemtobesolved.Smalland medium-sizedtechnology-basedenterprisescanenhancetheiradaptabilitytothe marketenvironmentbyimprovingtheirdynamiccapabilitiestocopewiththe challengesoftheexternaleconomicsituation.Therefore,thepromotionofdynamic capabilitiesisalsoaneffectivewaytoacceleratethetransformationandupgrading ofChina'ssmallandmedium-sizedtechnology-basedenterprises,aswellasthe inevitablerequirementtohelpChina'ssmallandmedium-sizedtechnology-based enterprisesachievehigh-qualitydevelopment. Thisthesismainlystudiesthedynamiccapabilityimprovementofsmalland medium-sizedtechnology-basedenterprises,whichisdividedintofiveparts:the firstpartistheintroduction,whichmainlyfocusesontheresearchbackgroundand literaturereviewanalysisofthistopic;thesecondpartisthebasicconceptand theoreticalbasis.Thisthesisdefinestheconceptofscienceandtechnology-based smallandmedium-sizedenterprises,andanalyzesthetheoryofdynamic capabilities,corecompetitivenessandstrategicmanagementofenterprises.The thirdpartistheanalysisofthetheoryofdynamiccapabilitiesimprovementofsmall andmedium-sizedtechnology-basedenterprises,mainlyonthedevelopmentstatus ofscienceandtechnology-basedsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,thenecessity ofimprovingdynamiccapabilitiesofscienceandtechnology-basedsmalland medium-sizedenterprises,scienceandtechnologyThisthesisanalyzesthe challengesfacedbysmallandmedium-sizedenterprisestoenhancetheirdynamic capabilities.ThefourthpartistheempiricalanalysisofJiangxiKejunIndustrialCo., Ltd.,whichisselectedbythisthesis.ItmainlyanalyzesJiangxiKejunIndustrial Co.,Ltd.withSWOTanalysismethod,andputsforwardthestrategyofdynamic capacityimprovement;thefifthpartmainlyputsforwardpathanalysisonthe dynamicabilityimprovementofscienceandtechnology-basedsmalland medium-sizedenterprises,mainlyfromthepromotionoftechnologicalinnovation ability,theconstructionofstrategicalliancemechanism,andtheoptimizationof resourcesFinally,itsummarizestheresearchtopicofthisthesis.
