随着科学技术的广泛应用,社会经济高速发展,商业银行业面临着激烈的竞 争环境,金融科技正在悄无声息地改变着传统以商业银行为主体的金融格局。第 三方支付、网络金融等新金融业务形态的出现强烈冲击着传统商业银行的核心业 务,对商业银行的核心领域造成强大压力。从商业模式和经营活动方面看,国内 外商业银行一直在转型改变,从利率市场化到私人银行的开放,我国商业银行也 在一步步转型创新。在信息化和科技水平不断提升的背景下,如何实现现代化银 行转型已经成为了传统商业银行发展的重要内容,注重金融科技的运用实现商业 银行业务的转型创新对提高银行的竞争力有着积极地影响。社会发展的每次变革 都伴随着挑战和机遇,除旧立新,适者生存,只有跟上时代的步伐,才能使商业 银行利于不败之地,商业银行的转型创新已经是大势所趋。 基于这一背景,本文研究了各国商业银行业务转型现状,总结了自己的经验 教训,并从战略发展趋势中把握,为商业银行业务转型提供了有益的借鉴,从而 显示了其现实意义的重要性。首先,总结了A商业银行发展的关键理论,并详 细阐述了SWOT理论。然后,对A商业银行进行了分析,从A商业银行的内外 部环境等多个方面介绍,并对A商业银行业务转型创新的必要性进行深入分析, 得出A商业银行业务转型创新的原因,然后详细分析了A商业银行业务转型创 新现状和A商业银行业务转型创新存在的问题及原因,最后以问题导向为路径, 探求解决问题的方法,针对目前A商业银行业务转型创新存在的问题,制定出A 商业银行业务转型创新策略建议,包括发展多元化策略促进营销模式创新,深化 客户需求加强金融产品创新,强化风险管理增强风险控制能力, 转型服务理念创 新服务类型,关注科技发展建设金融科技银行等策略等措施,为商业银行业务转 型的未来发展道路指明了方向,明确了措施。希望通过自己的研究,能够为我国 商业银行业务转型创新的发展做出自己的贡献。 关键词:商业银行,转型创新,金融科技 II Research on A Commercial Bank's Business Transformation and Innovation Strategy Abstract With the wide application of science and technology, the rapid development of social economy, commercial banks are facing a fierce competitive environment, financial technology is quietly changing the traditional financial structure with commercial banks as the main body. The emergence of new financial business forms, such as third-party payment and network finance, has a strong impact on the core business of traditional commercial banks, and has a strong pressure on the core areas of commercial banks. From the perspective of business model and business activities, domestic and foreign commercial banks have been transforming and changing. From the marketization of interest rates to the opening of private banks, China's commercial banks are also transforming and innovating step by step. Under the background of continuous improvement of informatization and technology, how to realize the transformation of modern banks has become an important part of the development of traditional commercial banks. Paying attention to the application of financial technology to realize the transformation and innovation of commercial bank business has a positive impact on improving the competitiveness of banks. Every change of social development is accompanied by challenges and opportunities. In addition to the old, the new, and the survival of the fittest, only by keeping up with the pace of the times, can commercial banks be in an invincible position. The transformation and innovation of commercial banks is the general trend. Based on this background, this paper studies the current situation of the business transformation of commercial banks in various countries, summarizes its own experience and lessons, and grasps from the strategic development trend, which provides a useful reference for the business transformation of commercial banks, thus showing the importance of its practical significance. First of all, it summarizes the key theory of a commercial bank development, and expounds the SWOT theory in detail. Then, it analyzes a commercial bank, introduces the internal and external environment of a commercial bank, analyzes the necessity of a commercial bank's business III transformation and innovation, obtains the reasons of a commercial bank's business transformation and innovation, and then analyzes the current situation of a commercial bank's business transformation and innovation and the problems and reasons of a commercial bank's business transformation and innovation in detail. Finally, it introduces a commercial bank's internal and external environment Problem orientation is the path to explore solutions to the problems. In view of the problems existing in the business transformation and innovation of a commercial bank, the paper makes suggestions on the business transformation and innovation strategies of a commercial bank, including developing diversified strategies to promote the innovation of marketing models, deepening customer demand, strengthening financial product innovation, strengthening risk management and enhancing risk control ability, Transformation of service concept, innovation of service type, focus on the development of science and technology, construction of financial science and technology bank and other strategies and other measures, pointed out the direction and clear measures for the future development of commercial bank business transformation.
