ABSTRACT Science and technology is the primary productive forces, and the science and technology service is the leading industry in which science and technology is effectively transformed into productivity, the industrialization of scientific research results is promoted and advanced science and technology is applied to the service industry. ZK Technology Service Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of an established state-owned enterprise in Hunan Province. As a technology-oriented enterprise with the transformation goal of the group, the company's existing performance evaluation system and its strategy goal do not match, imposing restrictions on the further development of the company. This paper selects ZK Technology Service Company as the research object, and analyzes the literatures of performance evaluation conceptions, methods and technology service enterprise performance evaluations, and combines the field investigation of ZK technology service company to analyze ZK technology service company performance evaluation.
