随着经济形势的日趋复杂和现代企业竞争的加剧,绩效管理日益受到现代企业的重视。绩 效管理作为现代企业人力资源管理的核心环节,是提高资源配置效率、实现企业战略目标的重 要途径。改进和完善现代企业的绩效管理变得尤为重要。 本文以HA供电公司为研究对象,首先,通过文献研究、案例研讨、人员访谈等方法,对 HA供电公司绩效管理的现状进行调查分析,找出公司绩效管理过程中存在的问题及成因。其次, 改进并优化HA供电公司的绩效管理工作。整体思路是以公司战略与目标为导向,根据HA供电 公司基本情况,对绩效计划、绩效考核、绩效沟通反馈、绩效结果应用环节分别进行优化。最 后,客观评价对HA供电公司绩效改进优化成果,并提出新绩效管理实施的配套措施,以保障实 施的顺畅。 本文认为绩效管理是一个持续改善的系统工程。首先,绩效管理问题识别与诊断是绩效管 理改进优化的准备工作,其结果可以为HA供电公司绩效管理优化提供客观依据。其次,开展 HA供电公司绩效管理改进优化工作,主要从完善岗位分析、健全绩效管理组织体系、绩效考核 指标的调整与修订、构建责任落实与追究机制、强化绩效沟通反馈、探索绩效考核结果综合应 用等方面着手。最后,客观认识与评价HA供电公司绩效改进优化过程中的成果和不足,并提 出保障绩效管理优化工作顺利实施的措施。通过对HA供电公司绩效管理的优化研究,有针对 性地为公司提出改进意见和建议,以期实现科学的绩效管理服务于组织的战略目标。 关键词:HA供电公司;绩效管理;优化研究 HA供电公司绩效管理优化研究 II ABSTRACT Withtheincreasinglycomplexeconomicsituationandtheincreasingcompetitionofmodern enterprises,performancemanagementhasbeenpaidmoreandmoreattentionbymodern enterprises.Asthecorepartofhumanresourcemanagement,performancemanagementisan importantwaytoimprovetheefficiencyofresourceallocationandachievethestrategicobjectivesof enterprises.Therefore,howtoimproveandperfecttheperformancemanagementofmodern enterprisesisparticularlyimportant. Undersuchbackground,theoptimizationofperformancemanagementbecomesaproblem thatmustbesolvedinthecurrentHApowersupplycompanytoimprovemanagement.Firstly,the investigationandanalysisoftheperformancemanagementstatusofHApowersupplycompanyis obtainedthroughliteratureresearch,casestudy,personnelinterviewandsoon.Next,thediagnosis andidentificationofHApowersupplycompanyperformancemanagementproblemsandthecauses oftheproblems.Secondly,toimprovetheperformancemanagementofHApowersupplycompany. Theoveralldesignis:thecompanystrategyoriented,accordingtotheactualsituationofHApower supplycompany,tooptimizeperformanceplanning,performanceimplementation,performance communicationandperformancefeedback.Atlast,theresultsofperformanceimprovementare evaluatedobjectively,andtheconstructivesuggestionsfortheimplementationofperformance managementareputforward. Inthispaper,theperformancemanagementisacontinuousimprovementofthesystem engineering.Firstofall,theperformancemanagementproblemidentificationanddiagnosisisthe preparationworkofperformancemanagement,andtheresultscanprovidetheobjectivebasisfor theperformancemanagementoptimizationofHApowersupplycompany;Secondly,the improvementandoptimizationofperformancemanagementofHApowersupplycompany.Mainly fromtheperfectjobanalysis,andimprovetheperformancemanagementsystem,performance appraisalindexoftheadjustmentandrevision,constructionandaccountabilitymechanism, strengthentheresponsibilitytoimplementperformancecommunicationandfeedback,toexplore theperformanceevaluationresultsandotheraspectsofcomprehensiveapplication;Finally, objectiveevaluation.RecognizetheperformanceimprovementofHApowersupplycompanyandput
