企业文化的创新对于企业管理创新具有重要的意义,企业文化的创新是企业管理 创新的核心,企业管理创新的每个步骤和每个细节都体现着企业文化创新的作用,可 见企业文化作为一种软文化越来越受到企业的高度关注和重视。本文结合企业文化创 新对企业管理创新的影响做了简要分析,希望各企业不断加强对企业文化的创新,从 而使企业不断改进经营管理,提高核心竞争力,适应市场竞争环境,实现可持续发展。 目前我国企业在企业文化建设方面存在诸多弊端,突出表现为创新意识的匮乏,进而 忽略企业的创新文化建设。具体表现为我国企业管理人员创新意识普遍薄弱,企业创 新文化理论欠缺等等。创新对于企业保持持续竞争优势的重要性已不容置疑。在激励 创新的活动中,一些卓越的企业之所以能始终走在其他企业前面,从根本上讲是因为 它们能将创新和企业文化有力的结合起来,形成创新文化。创新文化是企业创新系统 的一个重要组成部分。创新的内涵和外延的扩展,很大程度上要得益于创新文化的支 持。创新文化作为一种内在机制,影响着企业的运行,并促使创新行为趋于普遍化。因 此,深入研究企业中影响创新文化形成及建设的因素及相应作用机制,对企业持续发 展具有很强的现实意义。 本文以案例研究的方式通过介绍 xx 电子科技有限公司文化建设现状,总结 xx 电子科技有限公司发展现状及存在问题,结合创新文化的相关理论,得出影响创新文 化培育的关键因素,并构建其与组织创新文化的关系模型。研究分两阶段进行:第一 阶段是文献研究阶段,了解创新文化的特点及影响因素指标,初步形成研究构思;第二 阶段是问卷调查及数据分析阶段,对企业创新文化影响因素重要性进行实证分析,利 用实证研究法以及调查数据分别从个体,组织,环境三个层面来确定影响创新文化的 因素指标权重,并对变革型领导维度、组织支持维度以及环境驱动维度下各个影响因 素的权重进行排序,从而为企业塑造创新文化提供指导。 本文经过研究得出以下结论:第一,影响 XX 电子科技有限公司创新文化建设的 主要因素涉及到个体层面上的变革引领、组织层面的支持引导以及环境所带来的驱动 力这三个方面。根据数据分析结果显示组织支持维度对于企业创新文化建设的影响程 度最大为 52.56%,变革型领导维度影响程度权重为 24.75%,环境驱动维度影响程度 权重为 22.69%;第二,个体层面上的变革引领与企业创新文化之间有着正相关的联 系,但是其内部的各个维度之间的影响因素是不同的,其中,领导者自身的管理水平 权重为 47.03%,而领导者自身的个人魅力权重为 28.92%,领导者的个性化关怀权重 为 24.05%;第三,组织层面的支持引导与企业创新文化之间有着正相关的联系,其 中,激励机制的完善度、开放性的创新文化氛围以及员工的创新能力指标所占权重依 次递减,分别为 38.03%、34.05%和 27.92%;第四,环境所带来的驱动力与企业创文摘要 2 化之间有着正相关的联系,其中,市场的压力权重为 58.03%,政府的宏观引导权重 为 41.97%。 关键词:创新文化;影响因素;XX 电子科技有限公司;层次分析法企业创新文化的影响因素研究—以 XX 电子科技有限公司为例 I ABSTRACT The innovation of enterprise culture is of great significance to the innovation of enterprise management. The innovation of enterprise culture is the core of enterprise management innovation. Every step and every detail of enterprise management innovation reflects the role of enterprise culture innovation. It can be seen that enterprise culture, as a kind of soft culture, has been paid more and more attention by enterprises. This paper makes a brief analysis of the impact of enterprise culture innovation on enterprise management innovation, hoping that all enterprises will continue to strengthen the innovation of enterprise culture, so as to make enterprises continuously improve their management, improve their core competitiveness, adapt to the market competition environment and realize sustainable development. At present, there are a lot of malpractices in the construction of enterprise culture in China's enterprises, which are mainly manifested in the lack of innovation consciousness, and then ignore the construction of enterprise innovation culture. The specific performance is that the innovation consciousness of enterprise managers in China is generally weak, and the theory of enterprise innovation culture is lack. There is no doubt that innovation is important for enterprises to maintain sustainable competitive advantage. In the activities of stimulating innovation, the reason why some excellent enterprises can always go ahead of other enterprises is that they can combine innovation and corporate culture effectively to form innovative culture. Innovative culture is an important part of enterprise innovation system. The extension of the connotation and extension of innovation, to a large extent, benefits from the support of innovative culture. As an internal mechanism, innovative culture affects the operation of enterprises and promotes the generalization of innovation behavior. Therefore, it is of great practical significance for the sustainable development of enterprises to study the factors influencing the formation and construction of innovative culture and the corresponding mechanism. This paper introduces the current situation of cultural construction of xx Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., summarizes the development status and existing problems of xx Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and combines the relevant theories of innovative culture. The key factors affecting the cultivation of innovative culture are obtained. And construct its relationship model with organizational innovation culture. The following conclusions are drawn from this study. First, XX main factors affecting the innovation culture construction of Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. involve three aspects: individual level change guidance, organizational level support guidance and environment driving force. According to the results of data analysis, the organizational support dimension has the greatest influence on the construction of enterprise innovation culture, The influence of transformational leadership dimension is 24.75%, The influence degree weight of environment-driven dimension is 22.69%; Second, There is a positive correlation between individual change leadership and corporate innovation culture, But the internal dimensions are different, Among them, The leader's own management weight is 47.03, And the leader's own personal charm weight is 28.92, The weight of the leader's personality is 24.05; Third, There is a positive correlation between organizational support guidance and corporate innovation culture, Among them, The perfection of incentive mechanism, the atmosphere of open innovation culture and the weight of employee's innovation ability index decrease in turn, 38.03%,34.05% and 27.92% respectively; Fourth, There is a positive correlation between the driving forces of the environment and the culture of corporate innovation, Among them, The market's stress weight is 58.03, The government's macro-guidance weight is 41.97.
